0 STAR!!!!!! WARNING !!!!!! DO NOT USE! Refuse for your insurance company to use this cowboy company!! I have a motability car a drink driver caused apparently according to fix autos £13.5k of damages. The foreign lady on the phone said it was a 99.9% a write off. The next week i called it was repairable said there engineer. THE GARAGES ENGINEER MAKES THE DECISION TO REPAIR YOUR CAR NOT THE INSURANCE! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THIS! INSURANCE WILL CONFIRM. 54% of the cars value. SHOULD BE A WRITE OFF! They texted this friday gone to say the car is ready for collection then when i call they said it has further warning lights on it. When going to VW showing them the damage and explaining the cost VW themselves said “Cowboys must be fixing the car” luckily motability have allowed us to end the lease of this car due to circumstances. The car has been with this garage for 5 weeks now. I will attach photos of the damage. I will also update my review when i have the car back within my possession i have absolutely no doubt this car will forever now have problems because of these horrendous cowboys. REQUEST YOUR INSURANCE USES ANOTHER GARAGE! YOU CAN DO SO! PLEASE DO NOT USE!

This is the worst garage I can ever imagine. The insurance instructed my car to be repaired at Fix auto Crawley, they did a terrible jobs ; at first the spray my surround Camera on the wing mirror, that made it impossible to see when reversing; they destroyed my ambient lighting on the passenger left door and the left a rubber pointed out on the front left door making my left passenger door making massive noises when opening and closing. I complained about their service and they apologised but said there were no curtesy Car to provide me that could then bring my car in to redo the incompletely work. I called in they never available to take calls a complete mess, bunch of armatures and in experience staff who are guessing on peoples hard earned cars. I will strongly advise not to go closer to that garbage garage ever. Totally shambles.

They made an excellent job of the car (5 star). Trying to get through on the phone is difficult; sometimes impossible (1 star). One Friday and the following Monday, no one answered to phone or emails. In the end, I drove to their depot to find out what was going on. Nice receptionists when you get to talk to them. They must know they have a problem because their answerphone message warns people not to be abusive to their staff. People feel like getting abusive when they are on hold for long periods.

Really can't fault them. After an assessment they ordered the parts and only then collected the car so time in the garage was limited. Quick turn around and dropped back off. Great job and fully valeted. Everyone was professional and very nice. Excellent servive and I would certainly recommend them

Not very understanding the issue of the car I mean they trying to give back the car in two different colours.

After the last experience with a repair at fix auto I gave a negative review but got my car back yesterday and wow it looks amazing what a lovely job and it was all cleaned it looks great it was badly damaged and I expected it to take a month at least but it’s all done in 2 weeks I’m very happy. Just one thing I will say is it’s a nightmare to get through to the office in Crawley but I’m very happy Ty

The front office people were really helpful, communicative and responsive. The body work repairs were excellent but my vehicle has come back with a steering problem that it did not have before the accident that FixAuto have not repaired..

Works not completed however they have had my vehicle for a month in storage and work has not even begun. My car is almost up for its 3 year lease and the garage won’t answer the phone or respond to my email. I don’t think it will even meet its MOT in 2 weeks with the company taking so long to begin works. :-(

Very difficult to speak to someone on the phone, because nobody answered.
But when they do, the customer service is good.
Took a bit longer, than I expected... but is only because the work shop was very busy at the time.
The work done in my car, was excellent. I'm very happy with it.

Fix Auto were appointed by AXA to repair my car. They did a great job , with a fair bit of complex mechanical work. The car was only 3 months old and came back as new. Well done.
Can’t say the same for AXA who are so inefficient and have diabolical communication. Don’t answer e mails and telephone can take hours to answer.

Car goes in to Fix Auto Crawley. Comes out repaired, but with a newly flashing warning light and accompanying beeps. That's odd, I think, didn't have those before. So I send it back to them to sort out. After hearing nothing, I contact them to be told that apparently it's not their fault and nothing to do with them. Just a massive coincidence that the problem arose at the same moment they handed the car over. So now it's up to me and my wallet to sort out. I don't believe them. I think either the quality of their workmanship is shocking and/or their ethics is deplorable. Probably both. I wouldn't trust this lot with a bargepole. Extremely dodgy
