A seamless experience using Fix Auto. At the beginning they contacted me promptly to book an appointment for the repair. They contacted me to advise there had been a delay on a part arriving from the manufacturer but during that call re-booked. They arrived to collect the car on time and delivered it back promptly. The delivery driver was polite, courteous and engaging. All in all, everything worked well, including the actual repair.

Worldclass customer experience
Worldclass customer experience. Quality of the repair is gold standard, but what was remarkable is the service I received from the team at the reception. From first phone interaction to drop off and arranging rental vehicle, updates during work and pick up of the car, it could not have been better. This is rare enough these days to be highlighted… this team is at the epitome of customer service.

Insurance job well done.
It was a straightforward insurance job but (a) they did the repair well and (b) the complexity is I was abroad through part of the process and the Fix Auto Receptionist kept me well informed. All round, all good.

Not a good garage
Not a good garage, only used as I had to go through insurance. They brought my car back damaged so had to take it back in to fix then when the ‘final work’ was done you can see all the orange peel of the car really shoddy job I give up with these people. 2 stars is generous as the car delivery guy and receptionists were friendly.
