A great customer focussed business
A great customer focussed business. Keith & Court at Fixabolt were really helpful, Royal Mail lost my first package (despite being 48hr tracked), and I needed the non standard stainless steel nuts and bolts to complete a job. Keith responded to my email within 10 minutes and followed up within 30 minutes after chasing Royal Mail. No joy with Royal Mail so Keith & Court offered free of charge next delivery direct to address I needed the bolts. Many thanks to Fixabolt for their generosity and great customer care. Thank you.

Hi Sonny, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I have investigated this order this morning and found out that it was affected by a delayed restock from our suppler before we could fulfil your large order. Therefore, disappointingly, it arrived 1 day late.
We take our commitment to on time deliveries extremely seriously as we know that our customers rely on us to avoid delays with their projects. To apologise for this late delivery, please find this exclusive code added to your account for you to save 15% on your next order. The code is SORRYSONNY15. You're welcome to contact us at info@fixabolt.co.uk with any additional feedback or questions about applying your exclusive coupon.
