Excellent service and communications
I had a list of requirements for a project which Fixabolt managed to fulfil at a better price than many other suppliers online. I made my order and was surprised how swiftly it was responded to, despatched and delivered. Everything requested arrived.
Once the project started it became apparent that many of the items ordered and delivered were no longer required, with additional items required instead.
Fixabolt were simply excellent to deal with. The items not required were returned and replacements delivered again swiftly.
I will definitely be using them for future projects.

Great service from Fixabolt but let…
Great service from Fixabolt but let down by the courier. No communication after the first 24 hour delay. Christmas post I guess but others did not seem to have a problem.

Hi Heather, I’m glad that you were satisfied with the quality of products and value, but sorry to see that your order was affected by a 1-day courier delay during transit.
While courier delays are out of our control, we take on-time deliveries very seriously, so it’s useful to hear about the odd occasion when there are delays. Thanks for your review

I am just a DIYer. I needed some stainless steel bolts to make a wheeled platform for a parasol base. I was able to order these easily and in the quantity that suited, adjusted slightly to take advantage of Fixabolts quantity discount. Prompt delivery, apparently good quality, fully satisfied
