The prices they offer can’t be beaten, especially for the choices of materials and the preferences of fit available. I have referred numerous colleagues to their services because I can trust that they will deliver every time.

Ordered a flight-suit, with their requested measurements - it arrived 8 inches too short, and the wrong color. NO REFUND after returning the item. They should probably stick to leather products, and stop advertising a return policy that they don't honor.

At first, the custom jacket I ordered was too large but I was able to send it back to get fixed.
The fixed jacket fits well and leather is high quality.

Unbeknownst to me, Fivestar Leather clothing items run ridiculously small. I received an XL WWII flight suit that I was unable to fit into. They refused to acknowledge my multiple emails which begins the so-called "return process". So I'm stuck with a$190.00 flight suit that is absolutely no good to me. It's unfortunate that Fivestar Leather has a lousy return department and I'll tell anybody that will listen to me to buy somewhere else!

I liked the product; however the sleeves were too long. The collar stood up too much and should have been flatten more. The shipping cost was outrageous, at 1/4 the price of the product. I tried to order two jackets after my order and was told to reorder, not very helpful.

When I finally got the jacket it was glorious, insanely good quality especially for the price of ordering a bespoke piece.

Received the product right at my door in just a few weeks, fantastic timing for a custom order. The quality is outstanding. The leather, the stitching, the buttons...everything is made with top‑tier materials.

This was my first purchase from Five Star Leather, but it won’t be my last. I’ve finally found a leather company I can rely on!

I may be duplicating my updated review however I want to make sure that I honor my obligation to FIVESTAR. I have purchased many authentic ww1 and ww2 jackets and I own original A1s , a2s and b3s . I have Eastman , Lost worlds , Aero, us authentic, etc...., Generally the quality for the price cannot be matched as Fivestar is very price competitive . I had an issue that tookj 9 months to resolve . I sent Rare NOS zippers to be used in a custom jacket . Fivestar used them for another customer which offended me as a returning customer. They did go above and beyond to make it right by me . FiveStar produced a custom made A2 per my Specs., It took a while but the finished product was nearly perfect . So I am udating my prior review .

Quick response and production time for a custom piece. Good quality for the price, would buy again

I ordered an A2 jacket using the standard sizing based on my measurements. I also selected wool cuffs and a fur collar, which I later discovered automatically made the order “custom.”

Unfortunately, there are several issues. The collar attachment feels outdated/poorly thought out (the buttons can scratch your neck, making it uncomfortable to wear). The snaps for the collar are beige, and instead of leaving them as-is, they attempted to dye them to match the lining. The result looks uneven, almost like a stain rather than a proper finish.

The biggest problem, however, is the sizing. The jacket is labeled as a size 42, but it does not fit like one at all. Despite this, they refuse to address the issue because the order is considered “custom.”

To be fair, the leather quality itself is good. However, their approach to handling customer concerns is disappointing. At this point, it feels better to walk away with an ill-fitting jacket than risk spending more money trying to resolve the issue.

Best jacket out there very nice leather and design

I bought a jacket from five star leather through there ebay shop but when it arrived it was unwearable due to hugely outside arms in lenght and width causing body to never site true the company accepted the jacket was at fault and offered a replacement for free and saying I could keep the original jacket but the jacket was so poorly made it was of no use to me so I asked if it was possible to pay extra for a different style to avoid another disappointment this they accepted so I chose a £100 more expensive item which I paid, send my measurements for a black steerhide 30s style unfortunately when the new jacket arrived it was brown so I contacted fivestar only to be told we've done enough for you so basically take it or leave it, there customer service is questionable as basically I have paid full price for the jacket and got another that is so badly made it's a laughing stock the original jacket was a capeskin holygrail which was truly awful. Additional after read the fivestar reply the first jacket was very poorly cut making it unfit for purpose which fivestar accepted otherwise why would they offer a new jacket and tell I can keep the original (that was useless to me) as I had no confidence in the cut of the holy grail item I paid an extra 100 for a different style which was then made up to my measurements, I was sent pictures of the new jacket prior to posting but basically it was just to show measurements and the colour of the jacket looked dark grey I put this down to poor camera work unfortunately when it arrived it was actually brown and not the black I had requested, the claim that the extra cash was for postage is a farce because if they charged that much postage they would soon be out of business. Also why I definitely wanted black was because I already own a brown version in exactly the same style. Additional I would like to praise trust pilot for actually using this review as other sites (ebay) withdrew it without any explanation after only approx 2 weeks shows who to trust thank you.

Fivestar offers a good product and a reasonable price. I have ordered a jacket and pair of gloves. Each is excellent for the price. Delivery was prompt for each item.

The quality of product is very good but the company sent me wrong size.

Fantastic quality for an unbeatable price and build time. Good communication from Shawn and the team. Bought my first jacket in December of 2025 and just received my second one to custom measurements in February 2026 and they nailed it.

You just can't beat the value of these Jackets at Fivestar. The quality, materials and workmanship are as good as any. The reproduction WW2 Jackets they make are my favorite. They are very authentic to the originals. Shawn and Fargham are fine gentleman and very helpful. Just make sure you communicate and get your measurements right.
