We sell and install electrical appliances at very competitive prices, all year round. We are also part of the very large Electrical buying group, which means we have the buying power to compete with the large multiples on price, whilst still offering that friendly local shop service we have all grown to love, but is a rarity in today’s world. I purchased a dishwasher from this shop in Cleveleys
No problem ordering which I did over the phone ,very helpful man told him which machine I wanted & within a week he delivered fitted it & put all my doors & plinths back on he did it all by himself & took the curtsy to protect my kitchen floors, & all for a very reasonable price . Now that’s what I call great service.

Great product and service provided
Easy to order the oven we wanted and the fitter Iain arrived when he said he would. Installation was quick and efficient including all packaging and the old oven taken away for a very reasonable £30. We're really happy with our purchase and service provided 🙂 will use again and would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended, Excellent service
I required a new washer and thought I’d try a local store. Telephoned for advice and purchased an Integrated washer. It was installed 2 days later and the old washer removed.
Good competitive prices, friendly staff and an excellent service. I would highly recommend fivestar and they will be my first point of call for any future needs.

Service as it used to be!!
I used to buy everything electrical from Argos! I then found Euronics in Cleveleys. The service is amazing. No more heavy boxes left at the door to move and then find someone to fit. Euronics service takes out the old appliance and fits whatever was bought. Up to now I have bought a new washing machine, dryer, hoover and today a fridge over the past two years. I will go nowhere else!!

My fridge freezer broke down Friday night, phoned them Saturday morning to see if they can deliver a new one…they did! They took away my old one no problem, drop off guys were polite and in and out within minutes. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent Service All Round
Another recommendation for Fivestar services! After being recommended by friends some time back, they managed to temporarily fix our washing machine to last until be had a kitchen renovation. They’ve also recently looked at an old washer of my mum’s which was unfortunately beyond repair. No charge for coming out to look at it. We purchased a new washing machine from them at a really good price and they fitted the new one and removed the old one for just £20 extra. Excellent service, thank you 😊

Excellent service
Engineer came and confirmed my washer dryer was not repairable as expected. No call out charge as there was nothing they could do. Have used them in the past several times so no need to doubt the diagnosis. No pressure to purchase a new one from them even though I did decide later that I would as the prices were very competitive and the service excellent.

I bought a Fridge/Freezer over the phone for my elderly Father who lives in cleveleys.
The whole transaction process inc the delivery to the 2nd floor was smooth and professional.
I got a timed delivery slot which was excellent as I was travelling 70 miles away to meet them.
I would highly Recommend Fivestar services you get the feel and care of a small family run business.
