Phil attended to my needs and boy did…
Phil attended to my needs and boy did he serve. As someone who is neurodivergent, he approached me in a manner that made me feel safe and comfortable around his presence as dealing with people is an imposing task for myself. Phil's ball knowledge of products were second to none. I rate that. S/O Griffdog for holding the fort down

Great customer service
Customer service is amazing, I had Phillip help me out in getting some equipment and he was able to answer any and every question I had - which was a lot! I didn’t feel pressured, just reassured in what I was aiming to buy. Will be back again!

Good company to deal with, a small initial problem regarding advertised discount on the website was corrected by helpful staff when I called. I had 2 deliveries, the 1st was again a little problematic, due to the courier but the 2nd was fine. Good quality product at a reasonable price, dispatched quickly. 4* not 5 to reflect the minor issues.
