Finding this program was a massive help. 10 weeks ago today, I took myself to the doctor, shaking, sweating, and very concerned as my body went through acute withdrawal from alcohol. I had tried to quite booze once before and after some initial success, simply failed. I knew that I could no longer do it on my own, and needed some structure, a plan, some pracitical actions to take, and a guide. Chris and Fit Recovery provided that, and I am truly grateful for it. 10 weeks out, I feel better than I have in years, and that feeling only continues to improve. Absolutely recommended.

Ironically it is December 31, I am excited and scared to start this journey in 2022. It is day one for me, but the energy is different than the other recovery programs I have tried. Mind, body and soul. Nothing is easy, but I am going to get out of my own way and follow the advice. God bless

I’m not free of anything I approached this material for help for. However, the philosophy of whatever can- should be done to “cleanse the inner vessel” of our physical and mental selves. I have found that any attempt I make to distance myself from booze- 12 step- alanon- how to wipe for drunks- w/out some kind of nutrient fortification as foundational are like the unwise man who built his house upon the sand. I cannot even try to fathom a 12 step guilt based approach to sobriety. They fill me with even more fear and dread. I grow micro greens, sprout seeds, take the biorebalance, do coffee enemas- I try a lot and get better slowly- slowly- but I’ve been drinking progressively for 20 years. I can’t expect an over night cure. Especially when it’s more than just my physiology that’s needing correction- the 12 steps may be the next step. But I have to cleanse my inner vessel first. And I’ve felt that for a good while now. My review- thank you for following your instincts and creating this venture that is couched in a physiological non ideological approach to establishing a foundation to T.A.R. The open ended nonjudgmental infrastructure that encourages weak, feeble, and extremely vulnerable individuals like me a rational helping hand. This approach is hard- because I’m doing it alone- mostly because of shame and plenty of burned bridges. I agree, however that the rejuvenating of my physical body and brain are absolutely primary and foundational no matter what comes next. Thanks

Umm where do I even start? I thought this was Bull. Just like everything else - pretty much. I have never …. EVER have a product live up to any significant expectations. I thought I was done. Lost. I felt like a looser - like I would never stop so THREE main things - became the reason I bought this. #1. I was desperate- I couldn’t stop drinking- it was too hard emotionally 2. The full refund policy and 3. The PayPal pay in 4 option. Haha :) I have three kids. My life if choas. Constant ‘beautiful choas ‘ as I call it and the ‘best’ time of day for me was popping the bottle open every single day for 2+ years at 6pm and enjoying it to calm down and just relax. But enough was enough. No energy. No motivation. I started a business venture I never worked on and everything seemed gloomy. So being desperate I made the purchase…. WOW. Holy cow. WOW. I mean with is this? Sorcery? The calm. The better uplifted mood. NO CRAVINGS AT ALL!!!!!!! Nada. None. Zip. It’s magic I want yo cry I haven’t had a drink in 4 days now and now I can’t wait to wake up in the morning without a headache or feeling slow and sluggish. I want this product in my life every day. Every single day 😭 !!!! And you guys? It took me ONE DAY! On the FIRST DAY I FELT BETTER- it’s literally automatic It’s insane I’m so happy my kids don’t recognize me - I know you recommend this for 1/3 months but do you have anything similar I can take daily? Once I finish this 30 day tub I feel like I will need this in my life forever but can’t upkeep that payment for now, unfortunately:( lol please help with recommendations and THANK YOU SO MUCH - you guys are truly special- keep doing what you’re doing I’m forever grateful !!!!!

Ps- I never write reviews about products because I don’t believe in bashing people BUT after that first day and my 4th feeling fantastic I went out of my way just for this novel because ANYONE SUFFERING SHOULD SEE THIS AND I HOPE 🤞 TO Help!

I enrolled in Fit Recovery a few years ago...also had 1 to 1 help from Chris...was doing great and then started to join friends in "social" drinking...I wanted to mention this as this is what I honestly experienced when I tried drinking again and that was that...Drinking Sucks (also the title of Chris" book)...a few months ago I signed up and did TAR (Fit Recovery's latest course)...and it was just what I needed...the course addresses so much that is missing from other approaches...logic tells you that alcohol alters brain chemistry in detrimental ways and therefore a course that restores and improves proper brain chemistry will help you quit and simultaneously optimize how you fell...bottom line is that the course is worth every penny!

Great content . Been alcohol free for 14 months thanks to applying course and taking supplements recommendations. Superior by far to AA, for me. Recommend to anyone wanting to leave alcohol habit behind them.

Chris provides so much great content! His emails and podcast have really helped me in my life. His recovery program, which I purchased years ago, still provides benefits to me as I further optimize my life and how I feel on a day to day basis.
