My remote health consultation went smoothly with zero feeling of being rushed. The practitioner listened closely to my lifestyle concerns and mapped out a sensible care plan.

DO NOT DEAL WITH FITFLOW!!! I ORDERED THE PRODUCT, NEVER SIGNED INTO THE APP AND TRIED TO DISCONTINUE THE SUBSCRIPTION ON 2 DIFFERENT MONTHS. THEY TOLD ME THEY DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I SENT EMAIL ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASSIONS, AND BECAUSE I DIDN'T RESPOND TO THEIR EMAIL THEY DID NOT DISCONTINUE. BEWARE WHEN YOU LOG INTO THEIR APP YOU ARE REQUESTING AN AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTTION.

The remote care process felt practical and well-structured around my actual busy calendar. Having direct, regular check-ins with health specialists provided clear guidance for long-term progress.

The remote care team took time to understand my daily routine before suggesting a wellness framework. It feels balanced, accessible, and much more practical than generic weight management programs.

The online medical consultation was smooth and very professional. The provider took time to review my routine and recommended a manageable weight strategy that actually fits my daily routine.

**Title: Misleading “4-week plan” followed by recurring PayPal charges**

I purchased what I understood to be a one-off 4-week plan from FitFlow for €11.29.

Before purchasing, I completed a questionnaire and expected a genuinely tailor-made plan. What I received did not match my expectations at all. It appeared to be generic content, including yoga-style material that did not reflect my age, fitness level, body shape, or the profile I had completed.

More seriously, after the initial €11.29 payment, I later discovered four further PayPal charges from Vitalcore BV / FitFlow:

28 May 2026 — €38.95
28 May 2026 — €17.99
25 June 2026 — €38.95
25 June 2026 — €17.99

Total additional charges: €113.88.

I did not knowingly authorise these recurring charges. I only discovered them later when checking my PayPal account. The billing arrangement was difficult to locate and cancel, and the cancellation process was confusing.

When I contacted FitFlow, they did not properly address the recurring payment issue. Instead, they referred to their refund policy and “visible results,” which was not the point of my complaint. My complaint was about recurring charges that I did not knowingly authorise.

I have now filed a complaint through PayPal’s Resolution Center.

I also note that the promotional material I saw showed a very high star rating, while the Trustpilot rating I later found was much lower. In my opinion, consumers should be extremely careful before entering payment details with this company.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend FitFlow. Their conduct is digraceful.

They always respond in a timely manner. I always feel helped and supported. The product WORKS!!!

Sign up is confusing and no place to refuse offer at the end or add ons after credit card input. I tried cancelling immediately and was told I had to do the program for 7 days and show proof before they would refund. Now there is a renewal by them with no place to cancel. Their phone number listed is out of service. Fraudulent.

The medication and support worked great. Fantastic to finally have some control over my weight!

I inadvertently subscribed and within minutes tried to cancel IN VAIN. I am 85 years old with severe knee problems. I explained all to the team but was told that I had to try the program for 7 consecutive days within 28 days of subscribing. Absolutely impossible for me to do, given my knee problems (I will be having surgery at end of June) After several emails back and forth they refused to consider a refund. I would not deal with them again and am advising my friends not to deal with them either. T hey have NO consideration for anyone who has a genuine, honest reason for asking for a refund and appear to be only interested in making the money. I am appalled by their lack of compassion and respect for people who have good reasons for asking for refunds.

The ordering process was very smooth and the delivery was super fast. The medicine is very well packed, each vial comes inside little plastic containers to avoid breaking, I loved that! Only downside the medicine was not so cool anymore, maybe if they'd switch to little foam coolers the medicine would be conserved cool longer. I've received other medicine before in those. I will update when I start the treatment to see how it goes

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their advertising was extremely misleading. When they charge you the monthly fee they quickly add on other charges for additional services that are hard to opt out of. Instead of letting you approve the charges they automatically charge you. There is no summary of added services before or after you are billed so you better be very careful in what they are tricking you to buy. It feels like they are more focused on making a sale than delivering value to their product. Customer service is responsive but I’ve had to go through 3 different people just to fight for a refund of services I’ve NEVER wanted or agreed to. I wanted a weight loss app that was affordable and helped me, but instead I was charged 3x as much as I should have been. I would strongly caution others to read all fine print and consider other options ma before doing business with them.

I'll list the good things first:
good: 1. Refill occurs easily and promptly
2. pharmacy does a good job of quickly processing the order
3. the Tirzepatide comes with plenty of accessories - alcohol wipes and needles with good instructions

The not so good:
1. The product arrived completely warm for the 2nd time - From what I've read it should be kept refrigerated or cool to ensure maximum potency and freshness. This is why i gave only 3 stars this time.
2. the price increased $50, which was because the first order i received had a signup discount that I didn't understand about - maybe this was my oversight - but it was a surprise never the less.

I had issues with ai but they were quickly resolved.

Im very upset and frustrated with FitFlow. I signed up and somehow got wrongfully charged for an addtion to the pma i did not authorize nor want. I contacted customer service and they said they can't refund me. Now I have 2 charges from them and I haven't even used the service. I've asked for full cancelation on all service that were elected and wrongfully elected. If this is how this company operates by stealing from customers. Then I want no part of it.

I’ve previously had issues getting companies like this answer my inquiries. The customer support email responds super quickly! I recommend to anyone looking for guidance in this realm.

Exceptional product that allowed me to loose excess fat immediately and achieve my dream body. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs to kick-start their summer body. Delivery is basically instant!
