Fishbrothers HONDA Swindon
I purchased a vehicle on January the 8th with the help of Salesman Kenan Harrison. The proccess was extremely straight forward and easy, and Kenan was very friendly and happy to answer any question I had. As I was a new driver, I was nervous to drive the vehicle home during peak hours, but Kenan was more than happy to drive the vehicle for me as well as drop me off back home. The entire experience of buying a car was very easy.
I took the vehicle in to have its break fluid changed today, almost 2 months later, and was dealt with by Peter Gaskin. Peter was very friendly and made the process very easy. There was a problem found with the AC of the vehicle, and the tyre repair kit was outdated. Intially I was expected to pay, which I was unhappy with, but Peter listened to me when I explained I recently purchased the car, and that it should be covered under warranty. The issues were quickly rectified, I was given a new tyre repair kit and re-assured that the repair of the AC would be covered by the warranty.
Excellent customer service from both the experiences with purchasing a vehicle and going for a service. Although there was an issue with the car, it was quickly rectified and I was given reassurance, so it still deserves a 5 star.
UPDATE: I had my vehicles AC repaired, no problems at all, under warranty. Peter explained everything that was happening and kept me informed. I also had two minor issues inspected, one being applied a temporary fix which is reasonable for the time being, and another which needs to be fixed at a later date. Peter was very helpful and is esculating these two issues so they can be rectified.
Update 2: I ran into a few more issues with the car and after another issue arose I took it straight to the Aftersales Manager, Chris Smy. Chris was great; he was professional, polite, and immediately sorted a plan to get the issues addressed. He opened an investigation, put the car through another full Honda Approved inspection, and made sure every single problem was resolved. He even went as far as replacing some wear-and-tear parts as a gesture of goodwill and extended my warranty. Even though it was frustrating having to go back and forth, Chris and the team at Fish Brothers really went above and beyond to make things right. They handled everything quickly and professionally, and I’m really happy with how they looked after me.

Payment for the vehicle went through smoothly, Lewis was very patient when i had to contact our bank in order that they could approve the payment. Absolutely shocking service from this…
Absolutely shocking service from this dealership. My car went in with a fault in Jan while still under warranty. Was told to come back once they have consulted with their technical department. Got told to go back today to replace the O2 sensor(4th one so far) . Now the dealer wants me to pay as the warranty has lapsed, even though it was diagnosed before the warranty lapsed. After 4 sensors they clearly are not fixing the problem. Service manager is not returning my calls. Asked to speak to the dealer principles and was told he was off. Called the sales department only to find out that he was in office but in a meeting. Never experienced such rubbish service before.

Review of Fish Brothers Honda, Swindon
Fish Brothers Honda was very good. Especial thanks are due to Ben Thomas, who looked after us with care and consideration throughout the purchase of our car. Ben was excellent; professional and competent, understanding and courteous, no high-pressure sales patter – not that any was required, since the Civic ‘sold itself’ in terms of comparisons with our list of possible alternatives. He was very supportive, from our initial test drive through to explanation of some of the intricacies of the features available to the user following handover.
What detracted considerably from our purchase experience was the excessively involved and bureaucratic sales procedure imposed on our dealer by Honda. The complexity involved and length of time required to complete the sale was a disincentive to buy a Honda - a frustration to us, and no doubt, to the dealer. Fortunately, Ben was able to guide us through a process which we would have been unwilling to complete without his expert support.
