Au reactionat repede cand am intampinat o problema si au avut fost alaturi de mine pana ce totul a fost rezolvat.

Ik woon op Aruba en wilde graag Firsty proberen.
Nou vergeet het maar, geld betaald, geld weg en geen mogelijkheid om op internet te komen.
Heel jammer dit 😕.
Nu blijkt dat het op Aruba niet werkt. Zeg dat dan meteen in je info.

Ich habe ein Daten Paket bestellt es jedoch nie erhalten den Support kontaktiert dieser hat mir nicht geholfen und dann gesagt das die Frist angeblich abgelaufen wäre und ich mein Geld nicht zurück erhalten kann das ist zweimal passiert. Wenn ihr nicht abgezogen werden wollt besorgt euch eure Daten woanders

El 25 de octubre activo una suscripción mensual First Class, para hacer uso de ella en Colombia.

La activo en Medellín, y funciona correctamente. Por la noche, tomo un vuelo hacia Bogotá, y al aterrizar la eSIM se vuelve loca: daba cobertura, y luego no daba cobertura, así continuamente cada segundo, cambiaba intermitentemente.

Visto lo ocurrido, y como necesitaba datos móviles para pedir un taxi a mi apartamento, reinicio el móvil. Pues, al reiniciar, se desactiva completamente la eSIM y por defecto mi móvil activa el uso de datos en mi SIM principal, cobrándome mi compañía 75€ por el uso de datos en roaming en el extranjero.

A partir de ahí fue todo una pesadilla, hablando con Julia de soporte porque ya me daba igual el cobro ese de 75€, lo que quería es que al menos funcionase la eSIM. Pero no hubo manera, pese a seguir todos los pasos de Julia no se arregló. La eSIM cambiaba constantemente entre no dar cobertura, o que aparezca 5G pero sin que cargara ninguna web ni se conectara realmente a internet, fue desesperante.

Y no es cosa de mi dispositivo, es cosa de su proveedor lamentable, que no funciona bien en Colombia. Estaba usando 1GLOBAL de Revolut hasta entonces y ningún problema, todos los problemas surgieron con Firsty.

Así que ni pude disfrutar del servicio, y además me llevé un cobro de 75€ de mi operadora local. Jamás usaré Firsty de nuevo, lamentable.

Als antwoord krijg ik dat ze met die partner geen zaken meer doen en dus ook verbruik niet kunnen aantonen. Weg 25€. Ook communiceren duurt heel lang en traag. Voor mij geen Firsty meer zo.

First time with an eSim which was in Morocco. I opted for the First Class package which cost me £11.52 for the 4 days. After using it I realised the Comfort + would have been more than adequate for my use. Really impressed. Easy to set up and the speeds were decent. On a speed test (Ookla) I was getting 169Mbps down and 12.3 up.

En voyage au Kenya et en Tanzanie je peux dire que cela n a quasi jamais fonctionné.
Je possède un iPhone 14 Pro en parfait état de fonctionnement.
Le robot Firsty à qui j ai envoyé tous les paramètres de ma configuration m a répondu que tout était ok et m a bien positionné à Nairobi.
Le préjudice est énorme. Pas d Uber est malaisé au Kenya. WhatsApp idem (sauf en wifi) - terrible déception et frustration.

Firsty eSIM worked perfectly for my partner and I on our big Asia trip! My partner’s eSIM worked straight away but I needed a bit of extra help from a tech angel called Julia. Julia managed to get my eSIM to work after a couple of troubleshooting steps and now mine is working perfectly too! Super fast data and exceptional customer service. What more could you want? Thanks Firsty!

Had problems setting up the eSIM as it wouldn't connect to a network. AI bot chat was pretty good, but it wasn't able to resolve my issue. I was transferred to a real person - Julia - who was able to help.
I'm from the UK, holidaying in Banff Canada, using Firsty Comfort+. Excellent signal strength, even at the top of a mountain!

Nach einem Wechsel meines iPhones funktionierte die eSIM auf dem neuen iPhone nicht mehr. Der Chat-Support konnte mir schnell und problemlos weiterhelfen, obwohl es schon Mitternacht war.

Top Support und immer wieder gern.

De onboarding is echt nog niet goed, en dit zeg ik omdat ik het graag beter zie. Hun support afdeling is wel goed en snel, dus dat lost het wel op.

Mijn boodschap, regel dat het goed werkt om te installeren, want hier laten jullie steken vallen.

Ich bin neu bei Firsty, habe eine super nette Hilfe bekommen, die in der heutigen Zeit eher selten ist.
Leider konnte mein Anliegen nicht gelöst werden.

The fact that you can view ads for free data is just great. However Firsty Free is not available worldwide and in some countries where it's not available you will watch the ad but not get the free data. It would be helpful to immediately get a message saying it's not available in the country you are at rhe moment in this case.
My experience with customer support has been good though!

Their paid plan is useless, if you want to have a normal internet connection just use a reliable service for maybe 0.20$ a day more.
If you’re looking for the free service go ahead, but don’t think that if you pay you will get a normal and working internet like you are used to. On their comfort+ plan they advertise high speed internet (even the amount of gb, 1.5, was hard to find on their website before purchase, I got that info was from eSIMDB), when in reality it’ll be very slow. For example, navigating safari was barely possible, maps take ages to load (extremely inconvenient when it’s the most important thing), Instagram don’t think of it, only WhatsApp and very basic services will work. While on a WhatsApp call, it was impossible to use google translate. They go through all your data and control which services get “decent” speed and which don’t, but in reality everything gets slowed down anyways. This also raises a privacy concern with what happens with your data.
To sum up, go for the free service if you don’t really need internet, and if you do need it go for another provider.
I am using their service in Russia, where data itself is among the cheapest in the world, by the way.

It's a game changer for travellers who try to use wifi, but still find a need for backup with data - FREE!
I've always worked hard at sticking to wifi when overseas, not being prepared to pay exorbitant data rates from either my own UK ISP or even from other lower-cost providers like SMARTY (especially in USA).
Visiting Egypt this month, I was seeking a cost-effective data back-up on a Nile cruise, and stumbled upon Firsty. After a couple of weeks' daily use of the FREE service I am a total convert and will be keeping the eSIM on my phone for future trips.
The required adverts (mainly 30 seconds, for Uber or Firsty!) became a routine exercise and I often loaded up a few at once to give myself a couple of hours use when away from wifi. Although it is a pretty slow service, it is perfectly adequate for my text-based needs and I was the envy of others, being able to follow BBC Sport reports of both the Azerbaijan Grand Prix and the Ryder Cup while on coach trips or in the desert!
I used the promotion to introduce my wife to Firsty and she bought the cheap ad-free version for a few days, which was faster (as advertised) and nearly as good as wifi for basic use.
Clearly the free version wouldn't be suitable for data nomads or those needing a reliable work access, but for the humble traveller it provides exactly what I needed.
I did try to introduce a couple of 'fellow-travellers', but found the ability to do so using WhatsApp frustrating - and not all Android phones (even quite recent) are suitable.
When I have used the AI Chatbot to answer queries, I was very impressed with its apparent personalisation and ability to provide relevant and useful responses; however, I didn't dig very deep!
All in all, this App really deserves to succeed in the long-term - it could well be the data equivalent of WhatsApp for travellers; however, I hope it is able to survive the inevitable competition from the majors and remain independent.

Used the free version in USA and Canada

After some issues with connecting in the beginning there were no problems until the service was lost. After the good support from first the AI bot and later from Julia everything is working fine. I choose for the paid version and got value for money
