I purchased the lando night mode phone case in tough and they accidentally sent me the flexi one. I contacted their instagram account and they instantly responded and wanted to help resolve the situation! They helped get a new phone case sent out to me! They also let me keep the flexi phone case as an apology which I appreciated as I used it while waiting for my glossy tough phone case! I’ve now received my phone case and I’m obsessed with it… it’s everything I was hoping for… with the glossy finishing, makes it look like a glossy helmet! And it feels very solid! They were very friendly with me and so very helpful! I’m so grateful for their help and I would definitely be purchasing again in the future! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🧡🥺

In my opinion best avoid this company
I am sure the F1 shirt I received was a second hand fake copy. The shirt arrived in a plastic bag all scrunched up and creased. Also the quality is extremely poor and there are no authentic labels on the shirt and no washing instructions.
I have sent First Formula Store an e-mail explaining the above but have not received any response to date.

Wow!
Delivery was fast the case was high quality and it survived a lot of dangerous falls and the phone didn’t even scratch,I ordered the Lando Norris helmet one and it is stunning and steals all the looks when you go out in public!

Fast Response, Fast Delivery, and Great Quality!
I ordered the Ferrari Lewis Hamilton case last year, but upon arrival, it was not the correct item, a different case had been packed. I reached out to the them via email, and they responded promptly, shipping out the correct case the very next day. Delivery was impressively fast, taking only 7 days to reach Malaysia.
Their hard casings are highly recommended. It's durable, sturdy, and of excellent quality. I’ve dropped my phone a few times, yet the case remains undamaged, and the printing still looks as good as new with no signs of wear or tearing.

T shirts are not “official”.
Ordered 2 t-shirts, received one as ordered, one not ordered. Both poor quality.
Asked for a refund and was “promised” a full refund in 10 days. Refund took slightly longer than promised.

Stay Away: A Scam Website with Fake Products and Zero Customer Service
I ordered what I thought was an authentic Adidas T-shirt from this website, and paid a premium price for it. What I received was a low-quality, fake shirt that was shipped directly from China. The material is cheap and the printing is shoddy—it's a complete knockoff.
After realizing I had been scammed, I tried to contact the company multiple times to get a refund or at least an explanation. I received absolutely zero response. This is clearly a fraudulent operation. They sell counterfeit goods and then disappear, offering no way to resolve the issue.
Save your money and your frustration. Do not order from this website. It's a total scam.
