Fire door seals
Ordered on 11th June. Finally delivered 22nd June. I understand the first shipment was damaged by the carrier, who ,it seems, didn't notify FireSealsDirect. The second shipment barely survived with the packaging severely damaged.
Will install these parts this coming weekend.
Can I suggest a change in the delivery process.

The door guards have not arrived…
The door guards have not arrived despite your claim of 24 hour delivery. It's now been a week. We have been in touch with the courier numerous times and the door guards still aren't here! I need the delivery are a matter of urgency, which was the reason we ordered from you in the first place. Really disappointing service. And please don't listen to excuses from your deliverers, we've been receiving good from other delivery companies all week. It's just not good enough.
