We installed the Dimplex Ignite XL 74"âŠ
We installed the Dimplex Ignite XL 74" in our living room a few months ago, and honestly, itâs one of the best home upgrades weâve made. The flame looks surprisingly real â way more convincing than I expected from an electric unit. The Multi-Fire XDÂź flame effect gives it that warm, natural glow, and I love being able to change the flame color to match the mood or season.
Installation was straightforward (we recessed it into a 2x6 wall), and the edge-to-edge glass gives it a sleek, modern look that really elevates the space. I also appreciate how the controls are hidden â it keeps the design clean. The heat output is impressive too, especially with the Heat Boost feature, which comes in handy on chilly evenings. And when we just want the ambiance without the heat, thatâs an option too.
The "ice ember" bed adds a nice sparkle without being too flashy, and it stays cool to the touch, which makes it a safe choice with kids around. Overall, itâs stylish, easy to use, and adds that cozy vibe we were looking for â without the hassle of gas lines or venting.
Highly recommend if you're looking to add both form and function to a room.

Barbara, working through different fire pit models before committing is one of the most important parts of getting it right. Really glad I could help narrow it down and that both the price and product landed where they should. That conversation before the order is something I take seriously with every customer. Thank you for the kind recommendation.

Jordan, choosing the right size concrete fire pit for a specific outdoor space is one of those decisions that can make or break the whole look of a patio. Happy the team got that conversation right before the order. The transformation you are describing is exactly what we work toward.

Great overall experience with support and my moms new gas stove
I bought a gas powered patio heater for my mom in Michigan from them and it works great. I even had a little issue with shipping and i reached out to support and they helped me out with changing the address. Mom loves it too!

A last-minute address change on a gas patio heater shipment is exactly the kind of thing our support team is built to handle without making it a whole ordeal. The part about your mom loving it in Michigan though, that is what makes it worth it. Give her our best.

Great! Works even in NJ
Great! Works even in NJ
I thought that these propane fire pits were mostly for mansions in California but guess what, they also work great in a regular back yard in NJ. End of the summer when temperature gets lower and we don't feel like starting a wood fire, it's extremely pleasant to press a couple buttons and have a nice fire going while having a drink by the pool. And the dog loves it too. Thanks Tiffany for the quick delivery and good deal.

Geff, this might be one of our favorite reviews we have gotten. A propane fire pit in a regular NJ backyard, one button, fire going, drink in hand, dog by the pool. That is the whole point of what we sell and it has nothing to do with California mansions. Thank you for this.
