The person I had initial and continued contact with (Jake) was super helpful. The order went to another contact for finalizing. Obtained the template and provided the artwork, but he did not communicate his vacation plans. Need to communicate those things so clients can plan accordingly and make their in-hands deadline.

The awards were never received on time
We experienced significant issues with our recent order. The awards were never received on time. They sent us a tracking number from last year, only to tell us later that they would not be ready on time.

Our standard production time is five business days from proof approval, and with no event date provided and ground shipping selected, our team had no indication that the order was time-sensitive. Ground shipping transit times can vary, especially during the holiday season, and we regret that this impacted your experience.
