First, the FineAwards service team was responsive to my initial email requests in assisting what type of award would be a good fit for the logo idea I had in mind for my staff.

Second, I had a logo concept and they were able to create the needed image format for the engraving on the award. Also, during the proof process, I had a couple minor edits that they quickly implemented into the design.

It took 9 days from final proof to award being delivered.

We had a very tight turn around time on getting 5 awards made and the Fine Awards team pulled it off in spades! The awards are beautiful too. You all saved a very special event. Thank you!!

Derek was amazing. We shifted the design style of two of our three awards at the last second and were concerned we wouldn't receive the awards in time for our program.
