My aunt booked a ticket weeks ago to…
My aunt booked a ticket weeks ago to attend a family event and FindFlight was a nightmare. They promise to deliver the tickets to her inbox 48 hours prior to her flight.
She called to remind them, but still did not receive the tickets until 8:45 p.m. last night for a flight TODAY-- despite the numerous times that they had told her that they booked her flight on a different day.
They repeatedly pressured her, never gave straight answers about their error. They used the worst kind of cable company tactics to delay and deny. And then, when she was okay with rescheduling for $75 (for their mistake), Alex canceled her rescheduled flight without her consent for a $150 fee. (Again, for their shady mistake, not hers.)
When she was exhausted and upset, they got her to agree, even though every step of the way, she asked for specifics yet they did not give her accurate or reliable information about anything.
We are very lucky that she kept detailed notes in case we need to escalate further if they don't return her money.
Do not trust any of the positive reviews. They will mislead you and take your money. Use a reputable source to find tickets.
FindFlight / Find Flight / FindFlightCosts is not BBB certified and it is not trustworthy.

Kookoo Ross was very helpful and patient. My only complaint was that I requested the itinerary with a price of 607.88.but in the end it cost Me $1,050. I think it was unfair to advertise the flight for $607.88 and then charge me $1,050.Ross told me that to cancel my request would cost me $100.00, so I went with $1,050.00.

SCAM!! DO NOT USE!!
SCAM!!! Check out their about page. Not even proper English, tons of misspelled words!! Found tickets..booked tickets..received confirmation of a reservation. NO TICKETS. Immediately called, they put me on hold for 20+ minutes an NEVER came back to phone. An hour later they called and advised that I would be charged double what the reservation was for - when I declined and requested to cancel reservation since they could not honor their price they said I would have to pay cancelation fees ?? Nope, not on a reservation for tickets with prices they can not honor after the fact! An hour later they finally advised that they would cancel my reservation and not charge me - Spoke with my Credit Card Company they advised to cancel my card just to be safe.
