Peter Scott was very helpful and took a lot of time to find the right options and with the payments processing as there were issues with the bank . He followed up and made sure everything was confirmed .He was very polite and courteous, I would definitely recommend working with him for bookings .

They kept saying wait 20 minutes to send my boarding. Wait an hour wait two hours. I was supposed to be on a flight for 2 o’clock. I did not end up flying out till 8:55 PM. I was in distress. I was stranded in the airport, I did not know and they kept telling me just keep waiting. Wait 30 minutes. Wait 20 minutes. Wait an hour and mind you. I booked a flight over 24 hours in advance.

Charlie charged me an adult fare for my son. He said it was a technicality due to the way my son's BD date failed. I looked into it and American Airlines policy states he would be charged a child fare. I am still waiting on them to credit me the difference. I will edit this review if they corret the error. Don't book with these people unless you know every policy the airline has.

I purchased a r/t ticket on may 2nd to fort lauderdale it was a disaster. I got to the airport at 9am and my flight leaves at 11am on May 14th 3planes left the gate without me and the people at the counter kept telling me I never purchased a ticket, in order for me to get to Florida I had to purchase a one way ticket it cost $398.40 It was frustrating talking to your employees Anna,Alex,Charlie, and Frank because they kept telling me the samething that it was the airlines fault. Alex,Charlie and Frank were very short and rude and they hung up on me several times. I called on may 17th checking to make sure I can get back home Charlie told me I wouldn't have a problem.Normally you get your boarding pass 24hrs before the flight I didn't receive so I called again I got Frank on the phone he told me they were working on the boarding pass which I should have had,my daughter saw I was getting frustrated so she tried to talked to Frank he told her the samething then he hung up on her,my daughter called back she got Anna that's when they asked me if I wanted a refund so I took it. Alex being apologetic offered a $100 voucher for my troubles then I told Alex I should get a $500 voucher you don't have a clue what I went through and as a senior citizen with health issues no one should be treated the way I was treated. I was flagged by tsa had to explain why I was coming through so many times, literally watching 3planes leave to go to Florida,being told by your employees we're putting you on this plane and that plane and they couldn't do it,then your employee wanted me to go New York to fly out when I was already in Newark airport and they had plenty of flights leaving for fort lauderdale but this company failed to get me on a flight. The morning of my trip may 14th someone from your company called my phone at 2:39am,2:40am,6:08am,6:09am voice-mail from a Diego and Dioisa was about the e-ticket which was useless because I was unable to use it,then I had to purchase my return ticket for$267.40 I'm a senior on a fixed income and I was treated awful. I'm reaching out to consumers affairs,BBB whoever would listen because no one should be treated this way

Quick response found me a new seat on the flight. Put all payments thru and helped with boarding passes. Very friendly and knows his stuff.

Please don’t book through this site! I booked a ticket online and immediately after I booked an agent called me and told me that rate was not available and that I would have to pay a different rate. I went ahead and paid the rate however, my flight is in the morning and I have called them over and over again to get my boarding pass and I keep getting told that It will be in my email before the morning, it’s like they really don’t care about your booking after they get your money and it is 1:30 in the morning and I still have not gotten my boarding pass so now I’m thinking this company is a scam. Please do not book through them, go directly through the website. Pedro is a liar!!!! Beware! Beware! Scam!!!

When I got to airport to leave my tickets were not even in the system so I had to buy a one way ticket home at an enormous price for day of will never use this site again

This a three world fraud site. They offer you one price on the site. Then try to negotiate a higher price. They give you the run around for your confirmation code for the flight. You call them multiple times before schedule flight. They say," your all set and book" .The day of the flight you won't have your confirmation code and you will stranded.
