Mi sono rivolto a Cryptobooks dopo aver provato negli anni altri servizi simili della concorrenza. Ora, il costo di Cryptobooks non è tra i punti più entusiasmanti... MA, e il ma va ben evidenziato, per quanto mi riguarda posso dire che si tratta di un servizio molto, ma molto al di sopra rispetto ad alcuni soliti noti, che invece sono molto scadenti, sotto ogni punto di vista.
Per la mia esperienza posso dire di aver trovano in Cryptobooks un team di persone molto più competenti della concorrenza, molto ferrati sull'argomento e molto più bravi e professionali, così come, a differenza di altri, si capisce che il team è strutturato, non composto da 4 gatti.
L'unico neo appunto è il costo, ma a conti fatti il prezzo lo vale.

Fiquei muito satisfeito com os serviços e a elevada competência da Equipa da CryptoBooks (Adriana, Bruno e Mattia)!

Mi sono trovata molto bene, il sito è abbastanza intuitivo, c'erano problemi nei file CSV che ho caricato, ma alla fine seguendo i consigli e le procedure del supporto, abbiamo risolto. Lo consiglio senza dubbio, anche ai principianti, perché il team di supporto è Super!

Mi sono affidato a CryptoBooks perchè cercavo una soluzione per potere avere i report in modo semplice e fare la mia dichirazione fiscale. Non volevo impazzire nel sistemare i file csv. In pochissimo tempo insieme allo stuff di CryptoBooks abbiamo sistemato tutto e sempre in breve tempo i report erano pronti. Consiglio CryptoBooks per la serietà e la velocità nell'elaborare della mia situazione. Per CryptoBooks è il top!!! super consigliati!!

Utilizzo Cryptobooks da due anni e posso dire che si tratta di uno strumento valido ed utile per la compilazione della dichiarazione fiscale. Inoltre il team è veramente competente e disponibile, in particolare Diego che mi ha supportata con molta professionalità ed attenzione, oltre che con una gentilezza che non è comune trovare.

Ho utilizzato CryptoBooks per la dichiarazione fiscale 2024, con un’esperienza complessivamente positiva. Il software è strutturato bene, anche per chi – come me – ha alle spalle anni di attività con CEX e token poco “ortodossi”, prima di approdare definitivamente a Bitcoin. L’interfaccia è migliorabile, ma il lavoro che fa è solido.

Al momento del rinnovo annuale mi sono accorto tardi che l’abbonamento si era rinnovato automaticamente, e non avendo più necessità di usare il servizio, ho contattato il supporto. Dopo un confronto civile e trasparente, abbiamo trovato un compromesso: rimborso parziale e chiusura serena della questione.

Consiglio il servizio a chi ha esigenze complesse in ambito cripto-fiscale, ma suggerisco di gestire con attenzione il rinnovo automatico per evitare sorprese, soprattutto se si prevede di non utilizzarlo l’anno successivo.

Per prima cosa vorrei ringraziare il team. Poi il sign.Diego che mi sono venuti incontro con problemi economici. Questo dimostra serietà della cosiddetta società per tanto posso solo ringraziarli. Questa è una buonissima società grazie grazie veramente

me faltaban datos imprescindibles para la declaracion de la renta 2024 como la fecha y el y el importe incial de compra de las criptos, despues de bajar los todos los informes de cryptobooks, Mi gestor necesitaba estos datos, me puse en contacto con criptobooks 4 veces pidiendo estos datos o preguntando donde aparecian, la respuesta de ellos es que la informacion que dan es la que se tiene de presentar, nada un desastre de soporte, tuve que pagar otra web para sacar esta informaci-on, total 200€ tirados a la basura

Oggi mi scalano in automatico i soldi del rinnovo automatico. TRalasciando il fatto che una persona può non aver disattivato il rinnovo automatico, veniamo al punto 2.

Come scritto da altri utenti i calcoli sono errati o inutili ai fini dichiarativi. Inoltre non ho usufruito del servizio, anzi, appena mi sono accorto dell'addebito ho subito mandato un email chiedendo il diritto di recesso.

Vedremo come andrà a finire la questione. Mi riservo di mantenere/cancellare questa recensione, in base all'esito del rimborso.

Spanish user (cryptobooks.tax redirects to spanish version): Edited review after cryptobooks flagged it as "defamatory", I reduced the rating to 1 star (from 2 stars) also due to lack of direct contact attempts (on the refund subject). I'd be more than willing to change all my reviews (here and other sites) if THEY refund me fully and voluntarily, as they should have the obligation to do and keep their word, or convince me of why they shouldn't (beyond being cheapstakes) at least refund me the enthusiast plan. I've expressed openness to dialogue on their spanish youtube channel, and I'm sure they still have my email, even though I requested data cancellation. They could just answer this review directly, which they didn't as of 18/Jun/2025, and the first version of this review was posted on Jun 5th.

Updates: They actually emailed me on Jun 19 (after flagging): As proposed by Mattia CPO of cryptobooks, we had a videocall, he took feedback, he admitted they should stop users from downloading document/s when erroneous (transaction plan excessess) in the future. Even so, he refused to refund newbie plan, said he'd immediately refund enthusiast, but I think it may already be settled by my bank, yet dispute is still open.

Conclusion: My bank evaluated this case and intervened forcefully refunding what was righteously mine. Since CB just wouldn't do it.

Case: For most crypto exchanges, you don't know what your total amount of transactions will actually result being, it gets harder the more exchanges you use.

With a lot of cent worth stake rewards, you know this is going to easily bloat cryptobooks's transaction limits, but if you're unsure, you can easily end up finding out after you've paid (and then their system warns you).

Their spanish youtube claims: Even before you pay, if you use the API scans, you can figure out what plan you need, but this isn't stated at all in their plans sections, and I never noticed it through the website's natural design, while being a client, which makes me think this relatively hidden feature is by design, to easily get the customer to pay, and then pay more than initially expected by ascending to the next tier for a higher transaction processing limit. Else this customer flow should definetly be improved.

Coincidentally a week after my experience with them, they actually uploaded the mentioned video explaining this plan calculation method, when they could have explained it to me before suggesting an upgrade to enthusiast plan (100 eur, discount not considered), and found out I still exceeded 1000 transactions (by 24 transactions, because of around 95% stake reward transactions being registered), and then another one to Trader plan (150 eur, discount not considered), point at which I said I wouldn't pay more, and asked for a refund. It almost looks like they're covering up for their misleading design with this video (in regards to limit calculations, because otherwise most of the website's graphic and flow design is not too bad).

Most important: While I was a client, they offered a 14 day money back guarantee with no apparent conditions attached (which to be honest contradicted their T&C's of forfeiting refunds when downloading the document) in their faq's, although they just changed them after my experience to reflect the importance of not downloading any documents to get a refund so if you're not satisfied, they won't keep the word they initially stated on their FAQ's, and decline refunds, this has happened to me, with the excuse I already downloaded a document while in newbie plan, and the service is "considered complete", but even if I accepted that the service was "complete" because of that action, the document in question would be useless to anyone, since I downloaded it for newbie tier with unprocessed transactions (beyond the tier's limit), which means the calculations would be wrong.

If we're to agree that downloading an incomplete / erroneous document while in newbie plan exceeding their processable transactions limit (which I find seriously injust and abusive) forfeits the refund, they should at least refund me the difference between the newbie plan and the enthusiast plan for which I never downloaded anything, which is a difference of around 43 eur (discount from 70 or such difference), but they won't even have the courtesy to do that.

Many other reviews state the same refund negatives so this isn't a first, this is presumably one way they keep their business running.

In conclusion, cryptobooks has quite a bit to polish in regards to their billing and general user experience.

Any case, it doesn't matter what my reason is, they should have the courtesy to refund, specially when I clearly haven't benefitted from their service nor received adequate results from it.

Sembra un buon prodotto ma risulta inutile a causa di continui errori nel caricamento dati. Il servizio clienti inoltre è risultato incapace di risolvere il problema, a fronte di richieste puntuali e di un acquisto profilo Trader (svariate centinaia di euro), si sono dimostrati indisponibili a offrire una call di analisi degli errori segnalati se non pagando per ulteriore assistenza. Se non miglioreranno, consiglio di stare alla larga di questo servizio.

Ho avuto un problema tecnico con l'abbonamento di CryptoBooks ed il team entro 24 ore mi ha risposto in modo chiaro, gentile ed efficace vedendomi incontro il più possibile per risolvere il problema, generato da una mia disattenzione. Raccomando a tutti quest'azienda per la sua serietà e rapporto con il cliente.

Ho utilizzato CryptoBooks per gestire la contabilità delle mie operazioni in criptovalute e sono rimasto soddisfatto. La piattaforma è molto intuitiva.

Cryptobooks otre ad essere un software estremamente utili, intuitivo e necessario, offre un servizio cliente eccellente con un orientamento al cliente pazzesco, tempi di risposta insuperabili e soprattutto non parli con un bot insignificante con l'opportunità di chiedere ciò che ti serve senza navigare tra fastidiose e inutili FAQ. Con questo strumento puoi anche evitare le spese per commercialista perchè ti guaida anche nella compilazione dei quadri

Cryptobooks è uno strumento davvero utile per chi, come me, ha un portafoglio crypto e vuole gestire in modo semplice e preciso la parte fiscale. L’interfaccia è intuitiva, ben fatta e aggiornata con le ultime normative italiane, il che rende tutto molto più semplice.
Il punto forte, però, è il supporto clienti: veloce, preparato e soprattutto onesto. Durante una call per valutare un servizio personalizzato, mi hanno consigliato con grande trasparenza di continuare con l’abbonamento che avevo già, dicendomi che per le mie esigenze era più che sufficiente. Una rarità, in un mondo dove spesso si cerca di vendere a tutti i costi.
Sono molto soddisfatto di aver scelto Cryptobooks. Lo consiglio a chiunque cerchi un modo serio e affidabile per gestire le tasse sul proprio portafoglio crypto.

In questo nuovo mondo delle cryptovalute è importante trovare persone preparate e competenti.
Con la nuova tassazione non è una cosa cosi scontata avere professionisti esperti e aggiornati, sempre precisi e disponibili per ogni mia esigenza contabile.
Lo consiglio per chi vuole essere sereno nella dichiarazione dei redditi.
