I have tried to cancel my loan with this company and they tell me I have to deal with the company that did not complete the service as agreed, and have been given the funding without any recourse for me - a loan I will not pay as other company CDN Coast Health & Home Solutions is a SCAM - do NOT deal with Financeit either - they seem to have no trouble dealing with giving companies the money but leaving their clients out to dry when an issue arises - I will be reporting all this to the RCMP Fraud Dept if no recourse. I have dealt with better finance companies who value their clients in all dealings.

Reply to your response. You could at least provide reported payment option instead of harassing your client when they are in the hospital. Pretty much any company offer this option by the way
Everything was great until a was on sick leave for 3 months after an accident!unable to make payments. You will have no compassion from anyone and no way to make payment arrangement even if you are willing to pay most of your payments. In my case I needed a break and just needed my loan reduces by about 20% but no…. I had to do a stop payment figuring that I could do it online but that feature was deactivated immediately. Then I wanted to pay thru my bank. Financeit is nowhere to be found. I was in contact with a manager who told me he will figure it out but never call back promising he would find out why my bank doesn’t have financeit in their payees. The last arrogant agent told me he would reactivate autopay and to figure it out ! I was able to catch up on about 70% of the payment but autopay was réactiva and I was told to call back to stop it after that payment went thru

Financed a hot tub
Financed a hot tub. Long term, low payment agreement with a resonable interest rate. Have been happily making payments for 5 years.
Renewal after 5 years comes along and FinanceIt raises the interest rate from 7.49% to 14.99%.
And the terms of the loan are that I don't have to do anything to renew th eloan, it will just auto renew at this new interest rate and I have ten days to either pay it off or accept the new rate.
Stay clear.

To clarify, at the end of the initial promotional term on certain financing plans, loans may automatically renew under the terms outlined in the original loan agreement. This renewal process is intended to ensure the loan remains active without requiring customers to reapply or re-qualify. During renewal, the interest rate may adjust to the standard rate associated with the product, as described in the agreement provided at the time of financing.
Prior to the renewal taking effect, customers are provided a notice period during which they have the option to review their updated terms. If the new terms are not suitable, the balance can be paid out in full before the renewal date. We understand that changes in interest rates can be unexpected, and we encourage all customers to review their agreement so they are fully aware of how renewal terms operate over the life of the loan.
We also want to highlight that Financeit loans allow for prepayment at any time without penalties, which provides flexibility to pay down or close the balance ahead of renewal if preferred.
We appreciate your feedback and will share it with the appropriate team as we continue working to improve clarity and customer experience.
