The concept is good and the design, quality and build of the product is top notch. It may be great for brewing tea but fails at making a great cup of coffee. My first cup was weak so I put the unit back into my large tumbler, stirred it around some more and pressed the plunger. The brew wasn't as rich as my drip filter coffee and the bottom of the cup was full of fine grounds despite the extremely fine filter. I figured that the grounds at the bottom of the cup were from plunging it. Next cup, courser grounds, I didn't use plunger and let it steep for a few more minutes stirring it around until the coffee look dark. I added my usual heavy cream and the coffee was so weak that I tossed it and brewed another cup going back to my drip and filter method. The holder is hard to load and requires a narrow spoon or funnel to avoid spilling the grounds. I washed and dried up the unit and placed it back in the wonderfully designed heavy duty box. I hope to sell it at a garage sale as it looks like it is not returnable....sad.

Ignored by customer service as the order took ages to arrive.
The press performs badly ... and I use fantastic coffee for filter, espresso, V50, chemex etc. It produces very insipid, muddy coffee. This is going in the bin, what a waste of money! The refund policy is non existent and states that all sales are final so cannot be returned. If the product is damaged, they must be notified within 5 days.
I wouldn't even give this to a person I hate. . I put 1 star as it cannot be rated lower.

Shocking experience. Order duplicated, charged twice, confirmed by email that duplicate order cancelled but still charged and received two units about a month after ordering, from China. Crap customer service, couldn’t care less if you have a problem.

I will not buy another product from Facebook or instagram again.
The final press v3 took a month to arrive - the company are absolutely terrible at responding to emails.. the only way I could get responses was via messenger and the info they gave seemed like untruths - and onto the coffee press itself… rubbish!
It looks pretty, but like all the other reviews, IT MAKES AWFUL, WEAK SLUDGY COFFEE… wish I had read other reviews before purchasing… AVOID!!!!!

Really poor purchased two weeks ago no product has arrived yet and emails are ignored. I’m beginning to think it’s a scam. Don’t buy from here.

Advertising dispatch 24 hours. - they did not.

They give you order number as tracking - it does not work.

They don't reply to your enquiry for days , and when reply came it was automated : please wait, we apologies, incase it's not sent , we will send another one.

We will keep you updated. - they have not.

Sad, why didn't I check advance! Never ever again.

This is an utter con like other wishes I had read reviews will do from now on you will not get your order it’s a con avoid at all cost

I believe this is a scam, I ordered the press on Jan 13, I received the confirmation email, I was charged the money, but it is now Jan 22nd, I sent them 2 emails to track my order and there is no response.

I wish I'd read these reviews before wasting my money. A good looking product that produces weak tasteless coffee. Don't waste your money on Final Press.

I'd say they are overselling Final Press. At best your going to get one half to a third Americano coffee and only if you use a really intense roast. It looks great and designed to aesthetic perfection but as to performance, it's a mini french press and that's what you're going to get. If you want something a bit better an uses them pressure you'd get from a espresso machine try the aero press and you'll see it's a different thing altogether. Delivery came far too later for it to be used when it was needed. So a real let down there.

Absolute rubbish, tracking number not recognised, ignored by customer service and then finally get shipped info from china, asked for refund due to lateness which was ignored again, finally delivered very late and it doesn't even work, makes weak poor coffee at best. Save your money!

Do not buy. They say they ship in 24hrs well 6 days on and I'm still waiting for tracking info. It's not even been dispatched. Now reading reviews it comes from China. I am fed up with the lies. DO NOT BUY.

UPDATE....A week later and still no tracking info. I feel I've just lost my money, please don't waste your time or money. There are lots on Amazon loads cheaper. Don't fall for the slick advertising they probably pinched that 😡

Website says it ships the next day, but it didn’t. What they don’t say is that it ships from CHINA and I didn’t receive it for almost a month. Don’t bother with this product or company.

Rubbish product, even worse customer services who appear to be uncontactable and unaccountable. Total rip off con.

20 days later, no delivery. Contacted the vender for a shipping update, and got no reply. Contacted them again for a refund, and again no reply. Now I've opened a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Do NOT bother with this company.

I think this company is a rip-off. DONT buy! A very good, slick marketing program with zilch communication and follow up.
I order on the 26th of June. Now 21st August and still no delivery.
The tracking, since ordering has it still sitting in China and has not moved. Another tracking link they sent show no record of order.

What a waste of money and no way to return it or get a refund. Tried 3 different strength and grind of coffee, all tasted like dirty water. I have no idea where they get their good reviews from. Maybe people like to drink warm water with a faint taste of coffee sludge? Personally, I prefer the aeropress. The final press is well made but not fit for purpose. Save your money, don’t believe the hype. States it’s American but ships in a plain brown box from China. Takes a couple of weeks to arrive and it’s a massive let down.
Sort your selves out Final press, you’re a disgrace.

Got excited when I saw a video on social media and placed an order. Should have looked at a few reviews first, but I learned that the hard way(!).

Received the product yesterday, after waiting for 40 days - Had I known that the product was shipped from China and that the customer service is virtually non-existent (they do not respond to emails), I definitely would not have ordered.

I've brewed one cup of coffee with my new Finalpress and can say with certainty that it will be both the first and last cup! - Such a murky mess of coffee is hard to find - A part of the ground coffee leaks into the cup when you use the plunger, which means the coffee becomes undrinkable and tastes both murky and wrong.

The best advice I can give you: Save your money and instead buy a V60 Dripper or an Aeropress!
