I ordered 3 different items and they all got shipped to different states. I emailed them and told this company that they need to reship my orders to the correct shipping address or provide a refund. Never received an answer. Will never do business with them again and you shouldn't either.

I contact my credit card compagnie and complaint for this compagnie.

So without answer money wasn't much Only $30 But still don't order anything from this company You will not receive whatever you order you will not receive it

Scam.... like others, my tracking number was totally incorrect. Same responses as everyone else. If you want to buy from them, save your effort and just donate your money to me.

I ordered an armchair during a "Black Friday Sale". I never received it and the tracking link never worked. I emailed them to find out where it was and received a response stating I would receive a text when it was shipped. Then I received another email a few days later saying it was shipped and I could track it with a different tracking website. I pulled that up and it said it had been delivered several weeks prior to some place in Hawaii and left "by the mailbox". I emailed them again and never received a response. I disputed the charge and the bank is contacting them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Looks like we all got scammed! We are all having the same experience -Ordered in November Items Show they were delivered to incorrect address' and several show Alaska and Hawaii. Cannot get response via email at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Been scammed I do believe ordered in November said it was delived to Puerto Rico well I live in Virginia. Goidn to call my credit card company to get my money back.

Ordered item early December 2022. It stated that it was delivered in Alaska. I live in North Carolina. I have written them several times and sent them snippets of what the tracking info shows - That the item was delivered to Alaska and is in a lock box. Address of business shows California. Why would an item needing to come to North Carolina ever show up as delivered in Alaska? FRAUD AND SCAM for sure!!!

DON’T DO IT!!!! I urge you to look somewhere else for what you’re seeking. I ordered 2 things back in November 22 & emailed company to find out where my items were & to my elated surprise (NOT) they were in two different locations, one in Puerto Rico & the other in California, well guess what? I live in the NE part of united states. I didn’t want to take a chance for a scam so I had to cancel my bank card so FILPE or FLIPEP Co. could not get any of my money. It’s odd that they go by two names.

I ordered two separate orders both on the same day. I wanted them as late arriving Christmas gifts. Arrival date was between Dec 24 and Dec 31. When nothing had arrived by Jan 9, I checked the tracking codes. Both items were delivered to a city and state that didn't resemble mine. I contacted customer service through their messaging system. No phone number at all. They told me they needed to investigate and it would take 3 to 5 days. Days? I tracked them with the tracking codes they provided in less than 5 seconds. I told them I wasn't waiting more. They messed up. I wanted a refund. They told me a refund would take 3 to 15 days. They had my payment in less than 24 hours. I told them 3 days. Be patient is what I was told. Then I really let them have it. I told them they should apologize and admit their mistake. They never did. I told them a good company would refund me quickly and provide more - like sending me the items free or some store credit. After all a person that didn't order from them got free merchandise, why shouldn't I? I did finally get my refund. Even after getting a refund, I am getting robot emails about tracking my shipment. The same results. I know if I was stupid enough to reorder my package would end up at the same address.
Unbelievable. They know they are a scam and don’t care. I can't rate them at zero stars so I gave them one star.

SCAM ! scam SCAM

This is a scam. They take your money but don't send you anything. They give you fake tracking numbers. I was excited for the product. I am disappointed I fell for it.

My order was delivered to incorrect address, I live in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania and my order says it was delivered to Pine Bluf, Arkansas. I have emailed the company but after reading other reviews I just lost my money. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I placed an order and they gave me a tracking number . Everything seemed legit. NO.... It was a disaster . They do not have operators available. It's all email and they send pre-typed emails . I was refunded my money. Only after I emailed them everyday for 2 months. ITS A SCAM ... DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY .

Same thing everyone else is saying, I ordered product, check the order status & says there is no order; check the tracking number & it says it was delivered & picked up in Hawaii (I live In Ky). I have wrote several emails with no response.

Scam.... If these prices seem too good to be true it is because they are!

They steel your money with no way to contact them. They sent my order to Hawaii and I don't even live anywhere near there. They are a bunch of crooks

I ordered a TV table it was 29.00 I never received conformation or merchandise it went to Maine I got delivery information where it was delivered

I ordered a cabinet in December and followed the tracking. It was delivered in portland OR, I live in Delaware. I contacted them by email they didn't understand that it was delivered to the wrong address. they want to give me a partical refund. I went on their site and put in my email and order number. said it doesn't exist. I contacted my credit card company and I'm waiting for a response. they are a scam... don't buy anything from them.
