Excellent forms tool. Product support is timely and knowledgeable. Price is very reasonable. Head and shoulders above the rest of the form tools on the market. A few minor, very insignificant inconveniences, but meets our needs 99.9%. It just plain works!

I spoke to Patrick on live chat support concerning a "Conditional Logic" and "Calculations", and the customer service I received was nothing short of stellar! He went above and beyond in fixing my issue and didn't waste any time. He was patient and fixed the issue. I love this product overall and the amazing customer service is why I'm sticking with Fillout.

Fillout is awesome! It's very clean and straight to the point. Form creation is intuitive, but very feature rich. Especially for a small business just starting out, their free tier is very generous!

The initial set-up of a quiz with calculated outcomes is not necessarily a couple-of-minutes type of job, but the in-depth support provided by the Fillout team was insane. With their guidance (and actual work too), they've helped me make my client very happy with a lead generation quiz for her to keep using over time. It's a wonderful tool with a lot of options and a great user interface. Just have to learn how to work with it properly, if you want to make more complicated (but worth-while) things.

I have used Fillout forms for about 1 month and I like it. The main benefits of Fillout for me which I use are:
- 1000 responses/mo in the free tier (which is nice)
- flexible forms customisation and a big variety of form fields
- integrations with Notion, Airtable, Google Spreadsheets and many more
- ability to provide redirects between forms with custom URL parameters
- very fast support, they answer in 1-2 hours in case I have any issue

Of course, they have some issues, like
- not all form elements are translated into secondary languages (English is the primary one)
- sometimes form fields are not enough customisable in case you need to use complex filters or you want to have some complex logic

I'm happy using Fillout, especially a wide variety of form elements and features under the Free tier.

As good as Typeform without having to pay an exorbitant price. I use the free version and I'm very happy with it. I just save 50$ !

After trialling various form builders for Airtable, I came across Fillout and haven't looked back. The integration with Airtable is seamless, the pricing is incredibly reasonable, the user interface is incredible and last but far from least - the customer service is exceptional. I've had a few questions along the way and they've all been answered, via the chat box on their site, in a matter of minutes.
