Cant find anywhere to write for zite ai. Support is terrible and doesnt even help takes a full day to reply, doesnt offer phone support. Ai regularly makes issues and then charges you to fix its own mistakes. Dont use.

I have used fillout for approx a year for my company's forms. Loved the product, gave us exactly what we needed, sleak and well designed forms. Until we accidentally identified a massive security gap that is. If you are using Airtable or Notion integration, if you have any forms on "Update", any logged in user can just change url ID and see not just any record from that table but it can actually see any ALL columns that you did not even pull to the form. For example, imagine a situation where your client can pull your other client's quote with condifential pricing. Yeah... I have informed Fillout of the issue and the answer was, well, this is kind of our design, dont use it then. We will be moving ASAP as soon as possible, but I taking the time to write this review to notify any business client that needs EU compliance that you CANNOT use Fillout to connect to any database tables that require private confidential. It's a great product to use with some unconsequential forms without PII or create forms only (e.g. contact us), but if you use Fillout for Updates with any table with PII, this will get you in GDPR breach. Fillout, cmon. Be better.

These guys really surprised me. They disabled a feature they had let us use for free—without any prior notice or explanation. When I asked about it, I was told to take screenshots of old conversation threads from over a year ago, as if I have nothing better to do than prove we're not trying to take advantage of them. This was a minor feature they had offered as a consolation for difficulties configuring our first form. I don't appreciate this cold treatment.

By far the best and easiest intelligent form builder available! Beautiful designs, all the functionality you might need to get started in running a new business, and embeddable on any website to make it accessible anywhere!

Love it and each time I use it it gets even better! Highly recommend it to anyone in need of interactive training or feedback forms.

I used to exclusively use Typeform but got annoyed that all of the most useful features were gated by their premium plan. I have never went to Trustpilot directly to give a review but I really enjoy Fillout and their free plan is robust. Just wanted to give them a shout out for not trying to nickel and dime every user. Eventually when the startup I'm working on has a bit more revenue, I'll definitely upgrade to the free plan.

Fillout is simply AWESOME!! The ability to get involved and produce meaningful forms, interactive forms with conditional logic (for FREE) with additional paid options for even MORE functionality...pure class, cannot be beat by any competitor on the market atm imho. Highly recommend if you are looking for elegant forms with functionality with ease

Hands down one of the best form builders I have used. Extremely versatile and I have implemented on a variety of different website CMS's for different clients with no issues at all. The volume of features available for free (particularly conditional logic fields) make this a no brainer especially when trying to minimise add-on/plugin related costs. A gem of a platform and I would highly recommend

Après moult tentative et incompréhensions, j'ai contacté le support de fillout. J'avais beaucoup de mal comprendre le système, mais une personne de leur équipe : Kath, a vraiment pris le temps de m'accompagner pas à pas, avec des vidéos personnalisées pour faciliter la prise en main de mon quiz. Je n'ai pas encore terminé la configuration, mais c'est en bonne voie. Je salue ici la patience et la qualité d'écoute des personnes qui travaillent chez Fillout, ce sont de bons profesionnels.

We're so happy we chose Fillout. The tool is super easy to use and has some very powerful features allowing us to collect data, automate tasks and save considerable resources in the process!! Their customer support is also top notch and quickly respond to any queries.

Once Katherine took control of my support needs, the results were amazing. She quickly understood both (i) what I was hoping to accomplish and (ii) what I had tried on my own based on aritcle review, etc. Katherine put together a series of short Loom videos that were both easy to duplicate and explained what she was doing and why. Although I am sure support folks are kept very busy, I greatly appreciated that almost every one of my queries was answered within 24 hours.

I came across filling a form using fillout.com and it turned out to be my best experience in filling a form, LITERALLY!
It was more like a human-like conversation. I felt really glad and comfortable about it, and it did not seem boring at all.

I hardly ever write reviews, but this is an incredible product, clearly made by people who care. As we are a community organisation, we cannot afford to pay for a monthly plan, but the free tier is absolutely adequate for our needs and very generous. I would certainly recommend Fillout to any company I work with in future.

Great product but misleading pricing. This service has a very nice UI. I think it is better than Tally in some ways, especially the logic, but Tally does have a better format for editing the pages. Overall, Wonderful, but the pricing is misleading as it says "unlimited file upload limit" in the comparison chart between it and tally where it is compared to Tally's 10 mb/file, but the file size is doubled, and 20 mb is enough for my needs, and you can just ask for the link to the file if it is too large anyways. Overall, great platform with some flaws. If file upload limit is a problem for your needs, use Google Forms, but if you want more formatting options or just hate how logic is done in Tally, this is a great service.
