Never buy outside EU

The worst customer service ever.

Do not buy if you live outside EU as returns cost more than the item itself.

They told me that would pay for the return costs when noticed the mistake made, but never did when they saw the amount.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your message and for sharing your concerns with us. We are very sorry to hear about your frustration and understand how disappointing this situation must be for you.

We would like to clarify that, as stated on our website, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, particularly for orders placed outside the EU. We understand that international return costs can sometimes be high, and we sincerely regret that this has caused you inconvenience.

We apologize for any misunderstanding that may have occurred regarding the return costs and for the frustration this situation has caused. While we must follow the return policy outlined on our website, we truly regret that the cost made the return impractical for you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback is valuable to us and helps us improve how we communicate our policies more clearly.

Fantástica calidad

Fantástica calidad, diseño, confort y durabilidad. Compré un par hace un año y medio y ahora tengo 5 pares. Las mejores sneakers calidad/precio que he tenido sin lugar a dudas.

I LOVE Filling Pieces, My favorite shoe maker

The quality of shoe is impeccable, I've bought two pair (football navy and bonsai) and I absolutely love them. I do plan on purchasing more. The shipping is always fast, the only thing I have against the shipping is I have to pay a tariff for every order.

I absolutely recommend Filling Pieces loafers, they can be worn casual or elegant. Everywhere I go when I wear them I get multiple compliments. As a matter of fact, I had a guy jump in my DM on social media and ask me where I got the shoes that are in my pic and he was a perfect stranger.

Low-Key High-End Fashion for everyone.

FP makes fashion a low-key high-end experience. After sneaking around on the website, I went to the Flagship store to try those fancy loafers. Helped by enthusiastic and charming staff, I walked away with my new foot drip. My Pieces were only a little too Filled, as it turned out the size was a tiny bit too small: a week later there was no problem in returning. Excellent!

I like FP for its high-quality, timelessness and - certainly - also manliness. It’s a fragrance without smell: perfect on your body. Been ordering online ever since and great webshop experience.
