Simple and Great Customer Service
Simple and easy to use. We needed some old files changing and this did it so easily.
We also had some really old files that needed doing and so decided to do a year’s subscription. Tried to do those files and it said the conversion was not available (the website said it was).
Contacted the company and within an hour or so, it was available.
Now that is what I call customer service!!

Good for webms
Mostly use it for converting pngs to webms. Very straightforward and minimalistic interface.
Not sure if good enough for professionals as I don't see that many options as other software, but at least it just works. A few clicks and you're done.
