Figus Designer - Corso Magenta Omdömen 26

I loved the Figus handbag I bought in Milan in July of 2024 as a birthday gift to myself. They told me they stand by their products and they will even refurbish them if needed. In October 2025, I noticed one side of the magnetic clasp which keeps the bag closed had fallen off. I reached out to them and was told, "sorry, the bag only has a 1 year warranty". They'd be willing to send me the clasp as a "gift" for postage of 9.90E. I agreed and gave over my information. Then I received another email saying the cost of shipping the small clasp would be $54 (it's the size of a coin!) and they're happy to offer me a discounted shipping cost of $35 paid via bank transfer! WHAT A HORRIBLE REPLY. NEVERAGAIN! BUYER BEWARE.

I love these bags, the colors are gorgeous. I made a mistake in my order and they let me redo it. They’re professional and friendly. Especially the young lady at this store. I recommend these products! I already bought a few bags! Love them!!! Be aware if you return something, you’ve to pay for the shipping cost! :-(

The red purse is absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t be happier. I will be visiting the shop in person in May and I’m sure I’ll be getting another one.

Le borse hanno viaggiato tutto il percorso da Milano a Parigi e poi agli Stati Uniti via Fedex :) - e sono arrivate rapidamente. Avevo fatto acquisti nel negozio a Milano - e sapevo che la qualità delle borse era superba. Ero così felice quando ho visto che potevo ordinare online. Ho ordinato una borsa per me e una per mia figlia come regalo a sorpresa! Speriamo di poter fare visita di persona la prossima volta, ma finché non sarà possibile, questo è stato un acquisto divertente! Le borse sono bellissime! Grazie mille!

I ordered two bags online and they arrived today! They are beautiful as expected. The bags made their voyage all the way from Milano to Paris and then to the US via FEDEX :)- and they arrived quickly. I had shopped in the store in Milano - and I knew that the quality of the bags was superb. I was so happy when I saw I could order online. I ordered one bag for myself and I ordered one for my daughter as well as a surprise gift! We hope to visit in person next time but until then this was a fun purchase! The bags are beautiful! Amazing experience! I saw the purses while I was in Milan back in September and since the store was offering shipping worldwide I decided to order them when I get back home in USA. I received my packagers in about 10 days. The quality of these purses is amazing, so unique and beautiful!! Thank you!! Highly recommended!!

I bought 2 but when I came back home I visited the internet site and discovered some new models so I also bought another handbag and the shipment was very fast. It was a nice discovery

здравсвуйте,приобрела две сумки у вас разного оттенка,как показано на фото,разного цвета,как заявлено на сайте.Осталась в недоумении,так как получила две сумки одного цвета!В маленькой сумке для меня ремешок очень короткий,хотя я отрегулировала на всю длину,жаль,что на сайте не указана длина ремешка.Сделала возврат,но сайт по-моему ,работает неудобно,нет ясной информации для клиентов,как делать возврат ,не указан телефон,только адрес магазина,да и сам сайт не использует безопасного соединения.Разочарована,жду возврата денежных средств.Справедливо будет заметить,что фото рекламы сумок сделаны качествено на 5 звезд,но не более того,цвет в натуре не соответствует заявленному на фото.

Ho comprato una nuova borsa diversi giorni fa. La adoro assolutamente, è molto bella, il colore è fantastico.

Borse bellissime, ne avevo ricevuta una in regalo qualche anno fa e ho voluto comprarne un'altra, anche perché il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. Il sito web inoltre è fatto molto bene, semplice e intuitivo, con belle foto che mostrano bene i prodotti e i colori. Tutto perfetto!
