Very impressed.

Excellent

Just received a £100 order. This was 15x 1kg of gf flour, 3 tins of yeast and 2 packets of biscuits. That's just about as difficult an order you can make if you expect the biscuits to arrive without breakage. The whole package had been subdivided into three, with three boxes inside an outer box. With support in each box. Not a single broken biscuit. Not one. Extremely impressive. On their website when I ordered, they said they were on holiday for a week. They still shipped out my order. Thank you.

I'm writing this review because this is my first order and I can see some other people have complained.
Let me repeat- the packaging was outstanding. Above and beyond. And the price for the gf flour was the best on the internet, almost half the price some other people are selling it.

Great company, I'll be back for another order when we've used all this flour.

Give these guys a chance at Fifo Store

Was a little hesitant to order from Fifo Store upon reading the reviews initially but decided to go ahead and place my first order anyway to give them a chance.

I have just received my order and I am amazed at how well packaged the order was.

I honestly cannot fault from ordering to delviery, I just wish all online companies were like this.

Communication let you down.

I've never had any problems receiving email conformations of an order but now you inform me that you have replied and I should check my spam folder. Nothing in there for your information.
To solve any confusion and for the sake of transparency, why don't you just post your reply on here.

Excellent Experience

Order placed 1:20pm Thursday, arrived at my door on the Sunday (didn't pay extra for Sunday delivery). It was very well packaged and the product was exactly as described. I can't fault my experience with them.

Fantastic After-Sales Service!!!

I live in a rural location, there are no street numbers and DPD delivered my order to the wrong address. Lucky for me the customer service at Fifo Store is exemplary, Danilo tracked my parcel down, contacted the householder at the other address nearby and arranged that I could collect it, even providing me with a google map showing its exact location.
I picked my parcel up and on opening it was immediately impressed by the fastidious care taken by whoever packed it. Furthermore, I see on the delivery note that 99.5% of the packaging has a zero impact on the environment. Very happy to have found Fifo Store and I’m sure I’ll be a regular customer.

Avoid this store if you can.
My order arrived, but the flour bag was damaged. There was a big hole on the side of the bag. Even after sending several emails with pictures & video, Danilo decided that it was not delivered damaged & I was lying.
Very unprofessional service. They would rather lose a customer than sort their mistake out.
Think before you buy.!!

Very poor customer service, will attempt to say you have damaged goods deliberately!

Ordered items which included tinned tomatoes, 5 of the 10 cans were seriosly dented, within minutes I had photographed the damage and emailed the company. They said they did not refund for dented items, now despite the contents being likely to have spoiled in the process of getting dented and the seams damaged (google search will reveal dented food cans is a risk) They said they would only replace items if i sent the dented cans back at my cost (UK consumer law says they should pay this) I am now embroiled with paypal to get a refund, which I only want for the damaged goods.

The seller said that if more tins were sent out they were likely to arrive dented too.

The seller claims that I have damaged the cans deliberately, and not photographed me opening the box as delivered, as per their terms and conditions?.

UPDATE
I used PayPal for the purchase, whilst the company agreed to refund me, it would only be on return of the items that I WOULD have to pay for which would cost more than the refund, this is contrary to uk law which says the seller should pay the return postage, PayPal don’t allow for this, on the dispute I asked for a return label, this was not forthcoming and PayPal went in favour of the seller despite numerous photographs of the damaged items.
So I have had to chalk this up to a bad experience, PayPal buyer protection is really non existent.

The picture you have sent, do not show any damage. Please send us new ones where we can see it.

The pictures taken by the courier show that the parcel was delivered in good conditions. Tin cans can get slightly bended due to the softness of their material. This does not affect the quality of the product. Even if we were to swap them with new ones, due to the characteristic of this product, they might arrive in the same way.

In relation to PayPal not refunding you, this is due to the fact that you removed the labels from the products which made them unsellable, nor you did return the goods as we offered.

You have received the items in prefect conditions as per your pictures, you can still enjoy the products purchased.

I hope this clarify.

You sell 1.68 for a box of pasta and then you ask 9.39 paund for a tracking service?

I was very happy to select some very good product on Fifostore and when finally was ready to pay l found out l have to pay 48 h tracked service at 9.39 paund..... and you can not take it out
I also notice are proud to don t let people pay the delivery.. Is a company that sell souce, pasta and thinks at maximin 5 paund a product and then they asked you to pay 9.39 paund for a service that actually you don t need..
I was read some reviews nobady mantion this tracked service l m starting to think are all fake
I can buy the same pasta at the off licence next door will be cheaper

Terrible customer service

Yesterday my wife received an order from fifostore that was damaged in transit. Fifostore refused to refund her despite the package being given back to the driver on delivery due to the damage. I placed my first order with them to order some replacements quickly, and I used the advertised first time customer discount code (5%). Today we both received an email saying they would be invoicing me me the missing 5% because this was ‘not my first order’. Frankly I’m delighted to not give this company another penny, so thank you for helping me know which company to avoid. They are also happy sharing your email address with 3rd parties.

In this case multiple email addresses were registered to obtain a first customer discount despite the household had previously ordered on our store. As described in one of your emails, this order was placed on behalf of someone else that had previously purchased on our store.

For us this constitutes a misuse of the "First Time Customers" discount, that only applies on the first purchase made by an household. We monitor all the orders to prevent this.

The opportunity to rectify this and receive the order was given, this option was refused and, as per your request, we cancelled and refunded the order.

We are a small business and even few % points can affect our sustainability, I'm sure you can understand.

In relation to your comments of us sharing personal informations, despite to date we have no knowledge of corruption of our systems, we are investigating your concerns anyway, just to be safe.

We have always been kind and understanding despite this was not reciprocated.

Giving a great service is all we want, if you need us, we are always here.

Organic foods perfectly packed for safe delivery

One of the few places I can buy organic wholegrain rigatoni. Organic jams are delicious and a favourite with the family. Organic green olives that are huge and firm and tasty without bitterness. Fifo also packs everything so carefully, you know it will arrive safely.

Bought a few times now

Bought a few times now and always happy. They accidentally sent me tinned tomatoes rather than pizza sauce, after I informed them they quickly said they would send out the correct order and to keep the tomatoes. Happy days.

Sent with great care

I was very impressed with the way my shopping was wrapped and packed. Every single item was treated with great respect. I will be using this store again. They also stock gluten free pasta which we need for my daughter.Last christmas I placed a large order with another Italian store and the entire order arrived so badly damaged that most items had to be discarded. As it was close to Christmas we had to do without. Well done Fifostore

Excellent!!!

First time purchasing with Fifo. Excellent experience. There was an issue with damage to parcel, poor handling by courier. Fifo sorted it within minutes, no issues. Great folks to do business with! Will be back for sure!
