Very swift despatch and received in excellent condition 👍

The delivery was prompt, the communications were excellent and the whisky is very tasty

Excellent service & updates

The bottle and label look great and it was delivered very quickly.

Extremely quick delivery, whisky was wrapped safely. No complaints! Glad you have grabbed a limited edition!

Ordered on 27 December, so didn’t expect to hear back until the new year.

I received a message same day, confirming my order had been received. And that my order would be shipped on 5 January.

I received my order 6 January (next day), whisky very well packaged and a lovely handwritten note thanking me for my order.

What a fantastic experience from ordering to receiving my whisky!! Thank you to the team, I wish all online ordering was as easy and lovely as this!!!

Fib's website was for me very engaging and I looked how each whisky was marketed.
Using the website was easy and ordering was quick and easy (too easy???).
The after care of my order was great. The bottles were well packaged and arrived undamaged. It was also really nice to see a personal thank you note with the order, not something you get very often.

The whisky that I have tried so far is excellent, the quality of their produce is for me fantastic and will be ordering again, and again.

Finally the label designs are great too, a breath of fresh air.

Everything went smoothly

Absolutely first class service. The communication was excellent, the bottle was shipped promptly after the new year and the bottle was very well packaged.
Highly recommend this brilliant independent whisky company.

The service from start to finish was excellent and Iain sending the whiskey over Christmas jut made my husband's day.

Great product at a good price. Quick delivery. Well packaged.

Throughout the ordering process I was kept well informed of a slight delay which was a nice change from other companies. When it arrived it included a hand signed note thanking me for the purchase which was another nice touch.
Great company to do business with 👍

A little bit slow in delivering, sad that there is no box with my bottle ,

Easy to deal with fast delivery well packaged.

Easy to order, at Fib.
Fast delivery.
My bottle number 18 to my collection its getting bigger. Thanks Rob

Easy order and at a limited number of bottles this will be an ok purchase just need scotland to win the world cup before it gets cracked opened

Quick service. Bottle delivered safely within 3 days.

Loved the idea although I am keeping it until the tournament starts

Absolutely first class communication from them.
Ordered 2 bottles, but only one was ready to be shipped when the collection happened. They dropped me a quick email explaining that my 2 bottles would arrive separately.
