Moving countries is stressful, moving your pets to another country is even more stressful but what an amazing team at fetchapet. You couldn't ask for a nicer, caring, genuine and understanding team. I dealt with Emma, Rachel, Sally and Nick and every step of the way felt reassured by every one of them. They genuinely love what they do and do it because of their love for animals. Thank you from all of our family to all of you for being so amazing.

I had a great experience with Fetchapet while relocating my cat from the UK to Oman. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and clearly experienced in handling international pet transport.

Sending your pet overseas is a challenging undertaking( especially as this was New Zealand with a lot of detailed requirements)Right from the start they were very helpful and responsive. They kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me a real peace of mind and everything worked as planned, with no issues .Even with the world war issues and travel challenges, they handled this seamlessly. Sally, Rachel, Emma and Nick were fantastic to deal with as part of the complicated and involved process to ship our two darling cats over to Australia. The turmoil in the Middle East threw a whole spanner into the process the day before they were due to leave. We were so lucky Fetchapet had existing contacts to ship via the US. Whilst the delay and extra cost was not welcome (at no fault from Fetchpet) we are very grateful to the team to be able to regear, rebook and ship our pets via Dallas, whilst handling our stressed calls with poise and calm. As we had to be in Australia before our pets could travel, managing this across timezones added an extra layer of difficulty that Fetchapet proved experienced in managing. I can not recommend the team highly enough.

Thank you fetchapet for all your help transporting my dog to Barbados, there were no issues whatsoever, it went very smoothly which was not what I envisaged considering my dog's temperament. Fetchapet was great since the first contact! Sally was really welcoming and explained all the details. We felt safe when Nick came to pick our dog up, and since that moment we could feel how caring the whole team is and that our dog would be in good hands. We left the country first, and everyday we had updates on how our dog was, which was really reassuring, always posting lovely walkings and play time with him. He arrived safe and sound, and settle in his new home on the same day. I could not recommend enough this team! Thank you to you all!

I was worried about getting my doggy to NZ during a time where flights via Dubai were being cancelled left right and centre. Sally, Rachel and her team were wonderful and came up with solutions to bring my dog Sunshine over from the UK to New Zealand safely.

They’ve also got a great, very clean facility for dogs in the UK- you can tell that they take pride in their work and they love animals.

When we contacted Fetchapet everything was straight forward no hidden costs and actual care about our cat. She flew from uk to USA without any issues. Fetchapet has been reassuring from the beginning and clearly the team loves and cares about all animals. My cat has successfully made her way to Hong Kong and despite being a brachycephalic breed, the team has provided a lot of guidance and explanation (including the BOAS assessments). Thank you Emma, Sally and Nick (who sent us updates on the DEFRA vet visit, how my cat is doing, check ins and established a rapport with her very quickly) - my kitty cat is very happy and started eating within half an hour on arrival to her new home :)

We had an amazing experience with Fetchapet when they helped move our two dachshunds, Archie and Billy, from the UK to Calgary.

From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly well managed. Their communication was excellent — they kept us updated every step of the way and were always quick to answer any questions we had. Moving pets internationally can be stressful, but they made it feel straightforward and well organised.

What we appreciated most was the regular updates and photos they sent throughout the journey. Seeing Archie and Billy safe and comfortable gave us so much reassurance while they were travelling.

I highly recommend to go with Fetch a Pet if you're thinking of exporting your pet! They helped me relocate my 2 kitties to Australia from the UK and the process was very smooth. They were always available to answer any questions I had and helped with any documentation, especially Sally, who was the agent I was closely working with throughout the process. I had very pleasant experiences meeting both Rachel and Nick in person, and Emma is also very pleasant to speak with. All the staff clearly care about what they work for and it shows in their customer service. They understood all the worries and reservations I had about my very elderly cats travelling overseas, and even did their best to accommodate what would work out best for my cats, due to their old age. My cats have now arrived safely in Australia and I'm just so thankful that I worked with Fetch a pet to relocate my fur babies.

We emailed originally nearly a year ago about enquiring for our dog to fly. We got a response pretty much straight away with all the details, pricing etc. We then processed to book a flight for Lottie. Sally has been so helpful with everything. There were a few things I wasn't sure on and she helped me. Emails were really fast at responses. I would definitely recommend using this company

From the initial enquiry to the last update as my dog went through check in at Heathrow, Fetch a Pet have been amazing. From telling me what paperwork I needed, to coordinating with the local import company in Thailand, everything was made simple and easy by Sally. When we got to the meeting point, Nick was outstanding. He kept us calm so that our pup Lina stayed calm. And we got an update once she was checked in. Sally also checked in after we arrived to make sure we were all ok. A really lovely gesture. Would highly recommend
