Do not buy delivery takes forever then the product itself does nothing I bought these as a substitute for mounjaro as I was getting bad side effects. But it is no good this product and they sign you up to a subscription £25 and they so far have to tried to take it 7 times out my bank I have had to block them from my bank. Still trying to figure out how to cancel this subscription on their own website!?

Highly recommend NOT buying, not only does it take weeks for the product to arrive (WAY longer than the 15 days) and when I chased it, i got one word answers from 'customer service', the only effect this has had is to give me violent tummy problems in the early hours as, due to having to take them at night, so now im more fatigued from lack of sleep ,and I am now 2 weeks into processing a return and being met with silence. It doesnt work and neither do the staff

Avoid! I ended up in hospital with the most awful gastric side effects after 2 days on this. Never touching again. They should def warn people that it can cause a host of gastric nasties! Def a scam! Delete your card and block the company

Never received my order and after numerous emails for a refund I have heard nothing! Awful!

The product doesn’t seem to do anything and once you have brought it, you have signed up to a subscription without knowing. The first you know is the next month when you are charged again. Email to have this refunded and no response.
There is no instructions on how to cancel the subscription but if you log in to your account, go to profile and at the bottom it has the payment details. Click on the card and it will come up saying delete. Once removed, preauthorisation has been removed and they hopefully can’t charge again.

Apparently there are instructions on the order email on how to cancel but couldn’t find it.

I have also put weight on while taking these not losing it and I have made changes to aid with loss.

Took 2 months to arrive
Both me and a family member tried it for two months we eat health and exercise and we put on weight

It’s a scam don’t waste your money

Not allow to take these by my Doctor so les do not send any more and please do not take any more money a reply that you received this this would be appreciated thank you .

Be aware once you order the first time they automatically subscribe you to it every month! I’m at the moment trying to get a refund as it was ordered and I never ordered these… bad communication too! Really haven’t seen any weight loss either

Ordered these on buy one get one free took ages to come and more money has come I've got a subscription apparently which I never asked for emailed several times ignored I've now removed my card as they save your information and I will be asking my bank to block them. Absolute joke and waste of money

Bought a month ago and arrived in about 2 weeks. It puts you into a subscription so I emailed to cancel and got a response within a day and it’s now stopped.
Not been taking long enough to see massive results but it’s definitely helping me so far

They advertise result in 30 days or it free and after 2 weeks of using it I gained weight not lost any. So I emailed them they said I need to give it a few weeks to see results. I gave it another week still nothing asked for my money back (all under 30 days) I was then told to take 2 pills instead of 1 and I argued that the recommended dose was 1 unless instructed by a physician
They said its fine to take 2 I said that's not right and not comfortable taking more then it says. Then the ignored me for 3 more weeks send a email a week for follow up on my refund to be told today no refund product has been used?!?!
Don't fall for this crap or get scammed like me horrible customer service and greedy company
And I gave many chances for them to do the right thing cause I hate writing negative reviews but I don't know what else to do but warn people and have emails and screen shots to prove it

Apparently you get a subscription which it doesn’t tell you there’s no way of cancelling it on there website they don’t reply to emails nothing but a scam stay clear

What a complete con this company is bought buy one get one free and it seems I am now subscribed to monthly without my knowledge or permission , do not buy from this company they are a con , they do not reply to emails !! Stay away from femburn

A complete and utterly waste of money. I have been on these for a month now. Made no difference whatsoever. How are these made in the UK and end up coming from. China??? They took over a month to get here. I went for the buy one get one free only to end up with 6 bottles and they are trying to take £33 from my account. How the hell do you stop these people???
My bank keeps telling to contact the merchant. That's all well and goid if you get a response. Never again!!!!

Disgusting service! Wish I had double checked the reviews as it seems I am not alone in what's happened to me. Received my order only wanting the one off purchase of buy one get one free which was my order and today checked my bank account and found they've taken £25 out when checked email I've apparently got a subscription which utter b.s. No one from Femburn is responding with cancelling the subscription or acknowledging my comments on their post. Absolutely disgusting behaviour! Only positive I'll say is I've noticed after taking them I sleep better and don't seem to crave good in the evening. However, I regret purchasing in the first place. Advice to future people DON'T BUY THEM!!

I PURCHASED FROM THEM LAST MONTH FOR A BUY 1, GET 1 FREE, AND THEY AUTOMATICALLY PUT ME ON A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION THAT I NEVER APPROVED! NO CANCELLATION OPTION ON THEIR WEBSITE. NOW THEY JUST DEDUCTED MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT! COMPLETE SCAMMERS! DO NOT GET TRAP WITH THIS COMPANY AND NEVER PURCHASED!

I ordered the ‘buy one get one free’ over a week now and it has not arrived. I’m not sure if I’m just inpatient or what but I’ve only received one confirmation and that was when I first purchased it. I’ve contacted the company 2 times now and they have come back with the same message saying that it is no longer in their hands and they’re waiting for a tracking number.

I’ll do another review wether I get the order or not
