I have ordered bras and a make up in March 2025, received order confirmation with a tracking number, to date no other communication from them, tracking number doesn't exist they scammed me R1300

I have not received my order placed in November 2024.
Despite my numerous emails I am getting no response from them.

On the 2nd Jan i bought makeup from fayira, they confirmed receipt if my payment and they even send me order no as well tracking number by the 08/01.
To date it's the 24/02/25 I still have not received whati ordered. I send them countless email but they don't respond, fayira is a scam .I need Fayira my R960 that's it

Listen up folks, do NOT buy anything from Fayira, ever! they advertise on Pinterest. Last year I ordered a Rotating electric hair brush. I am still waiting for it to arrive. They do not answer any emails and I am down R800! I also notified Pinterest, but I see their advert is still on their boards.

I ordered an airbrush from Fayira in December and still waiting to receive it. I believe this is a scam because there is no contact for them at all.. VERY UNHAPPY! WILL FOLLOW UP WITH MY BANK TO TRY AND REVERSE THE FUNDS IF POSSIBLE!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I WILL REPORT THEM.

Ordered a hair styler weeks ago... no response to any email communication ?! And no contact number !

My order was confirmed over a month ago, tracking was last updated three weeks ago. No contact number no contact email no updates no communication.
Still not received - scam

I ordered an airbrush online from Faygira on the 10 the November 2024.to date I am still waiting on the order to be delivered.no contact number just an email that don't receive any attention.

I ordered a rotating hairbrush from Fayira after seeing an advert on Pinterest. I normally do research on a company before buying from them so I'm kicking myself for trusting the add on a platform I trust. I've had no response from the emails I sent. My parcel also got stuck at the "Arrived at Destination Country Airport". I'm from South Africa. Am in discussion with my bank to report them as fraudulent and to reverse the transaction.

UPDATE: My hairbrush was delivered to the Post Office. I had no tracking information, just a slip from the PO to say a package too large for a mailbox cannot be delivered. So, I did get my hairbrush. It seems Fayira just need to work on their tracking system and how to inform their customers.

Ordered Products with them. Paid and received confirmation. I have not received anything else. No way of contacting them
Reading the reviews I know its a scam. Why hasnt this been investigated. Except SAPS who can help us deal with these fraudsters.

I ordered and paid for items in.
I received an order no and a tracking number. I went onto their system, and it showed the order and tracking details which tracked the items until reaching the “destination port”…. Then silence…
To this day, I have not received anything.
They emailed and said they will investigate, however I must check with our Post Office .... post office in SA, which is a joke… To date, I have not received a single email response.

I ordered an item on 23 November 2023, and paid the same day.
I received a order no and a tracking number. I went onto their system, and it showed that there was no such order, and the tracking number is not correct.
To this day, I have not received anything.
They emailed and said I must check with our Post Office .... post office in SA, you must be kidding me !!
I emailed again on 23rd December 2024 stating that I will report them as fraud and a scam, on ALL social platforms.
Then 27th December 2024, received an email from Fayira stating that they will investigate. To date, I have not received a single email from them.

I ordered and paid for a rotating hair brush I saw on an add on Pinterest in November, to date I have not received anything from them, I then logged a request with my bank’s fraud department Fayira then knew to respond to my emails saying they have sent the item and will take legal action, the nerve knowing I never gotten anything from them! I am waiting to get my money back. You should not do business if this is how you treat customers who wants to support you.😔

I ordered a battery-operated hairbrush advertised on Pinterest. I live in South Africa. It never arrived and they have ignored my emails. I would give zero stars if I could.

Definitely a scam. I bought shoes valued at R1200 on 17 Nov 2024 and still have not received anything, no emails or anything. Not even a way to contact them.
Dont use this site guys.

Same as other users. The more I am reading up. I am realising it’s a scam. Also bought two reduces valued at R1500. They provided a confirmation number online but no follow up email. Don’t respond to your queries. Even their legal notice is questionable. They only have reviews of alleged happy customers. Using trustpilot as a way to bait people. Hard lesson but gives an opportunity to warn others. Please be aware.
