Awful experience. DON'T order from them!!!!!

Placed an order on the 1st August and my order arrived yesterday on the 1st September. Football shirt is exactly what I ordered. Was definitely worth the wait in my opinion especially for the price.

Hi, i placed my order on the 9th August and have still not received my order. I have mailed the company on at least 3 occasions and they havent even had the decency to respond to me.
Lesten learned i guess. I wont be using this company again.

You wait forever when you contact them loads of poor excuses when shirt does arrive they are really poor cheap fakes BEWARE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I ordered some football kits for my niece and she is very happy with that and I am very happy with the price. The delivery was slow but I received what I ordered.

a couple of weeks after I ordered it wrote to them via email and they took forever to reply. I kept trying to email t hem but they would always respond with due to large volume of orders your order is delayed.
A month and a week after I ordered i recieve my shirts however I ordered 3 and only recieved two. They also STINK of plastic. DO NOT RECOCMEND.

I ordered a personalised QPR shirt on the 7th of July. This was for a special and sad occasion, I ordered it a month before I needed it and still to this day on the 1st of September it still has not arrived. I have emailed back and forth and Everytime I get an excuse. It takes me to email them for an update for them to tell me ‘due to high volumes’ last email I sent was demanding a full refund as I clearly am not going to see the goods. They are now telling me they are sold out? Sold out when I placed my order 2 months ago and they keep telling me it will be shipped soon. This website is a scam. Avoid!!!

The shirt was not stitched under the arm so there was a hole. My daughter wore the shorts 3 times before they came apart. Poor quality. Took a long time to deliver. They have answered my emails but are only prepared to refund me 10% which is a couple of quid. Don’t bother ordering off them. Wait until you go in your holidays and get one at a market, they will probably be cheaper and might even be better quality!

Taking my money. No product after 4 months. Will not refund me!! DONT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

Ordered a junior kit, 6 weeks past and nothing received, e-mailed twice and no response!

Absolutely shocking company! Shouldn’t calling themselves a business! Ordered 3 shirts end of may! One arrived middle of June time. Emailed them to say I was still expecting two more to arrive. Response was that they are busy and will send them out asap. Nothing was sent out. I continued to email asking for my things I’d paid for and they just kept telling me it was on its way and they are busy. I ordered L woman’s. End of July received another one shirt (still not the two more I was waiting on) but had been sent an XL men’s, so obviously unwearable for me. I emailed to say it was the wrong one and I wanted to return it for a refund or my correct size to be sent . They just kept telling me to keep the shirt and wasn’t answering the fact I wanted a refund. It was there mistake so they should be rectifying it but they wouldn’t. I got a refund from PayPal as luckily I paid via that. Nothing but hassle. Avoid using this so called company they are nothing but thieving scammers who just email back with what you want to hear, and have no intention of sending out the goods. Disgusting. They should be shut down!

I have placed an order on the 15th of August, still not recieved it and have no way of tracking it,I have sent numerous emails and got no response to any of them,I will not be using them again unless I hear so.ething from them soon..

If I could give a minus score I would. This site is misleading, it claims to be based in the UK (“Fauna UK”) but it isn’t. When I ordered, the confirmation email said shipping would take 2–7 business days. After waiting 17 business days, I still had no tracking information. I emailed multiple times with no response. The only time they finally replied was after I opened a PayPal dispute, at which point they said my order was “being processed.” Very poor communication and misleading information — I would not recommend.

Disgusting customer service. Top arrived late and half the letters falling off. Would not give me a refund and said I can’t return. Don’t know how they are in business. I should have checked reviews! Won’t make that mistake again.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a football kit for my grandson …..I foolishly forgot to check reviews ! I did not receive the kit and have lost my money as they refuse to refund . I email them twice a week & just get standard reply saying they are busy and order in warehouse!!!!!

Large order placed mid July and arrived last week of August. Very slow but responded to emails when contacted. Kits arrived and are good quality with all the names/numbers printed correctly. Saved lots of money so worth the wait in my opinion.

Wish I had read the reviews! Ordered on 3/7/25, nothing arrived as it should within 5-7 days as detailed on website. Numerous emails which were replied to saying the order will come, still nothing! Absolute disgrace of a company. Does anyone know how to get a refund?
