Absolutely shocking! Wish I’d also read the reviews first. Same as most other people the UK based website looks good but in reality an absolute Asian scam. Ordered 2 Spurs away kits, took 4 weeks to arrive, the number 10 was printed 01, no number on the shirts and Barca socks! Emailed and got told they don’t do return labels! I’d have to pay for return fee. Offered me a £7 compensation for the printing mess up. Then offered me to order something else and get another shirt free! DONT BOTHER!!

Do not use ! Football shirt arrived damaged (stickers were peeling off) they would only give me a £2 refund.

Ordered 2 shirts and only one arrived (after 4 months) it wasn’t authentic as described and the badge was printed on. Never got the second one and had to contact my bank for a refund. Awful experience, don’t waste your time or money.

Ordered two football kits and waited over a month before I chased. Once I chased them I was told they were out of stock so would I like to switch to a different kit. I just asked for a refund but they kept trying to makee pick a different kit instead. They then said my original order was back in stock so I would receive on 8-15 days. 21 days later, still nothing, so I emailed for an update and had no reply. I then raised a case with PayPal and got a full refund from them, at which point the company emailed me to apologise for not being able to fulfill my order.... So I guess that means the kits that they said were back in stock and on their way were not on their way at all! Terrible terrible service. Just pure theft.
By this point it had been over 2 months since my original order. Shocking.

I ordered two shirts. One arrived but nothing mentioned about the other one. Chased them up and told out of stock and given option of a refund which I requested. Got a reply saying the same as the previous email. I have requested the refund again. Not great customer service.

If you are considering getting any items from tis company DON'T BOTHER. I ordered 2 tops in large back on the 6th of July we are now in October. I top arrived in August the wrong shirt and in a medium so it didn't fit.I Contacted the company and asked them what on earth they had done. I got an email back saying that the one top was out of stock and chose another one so I did and asked what about the one that was the wrong shirt and the wrong size and I've not heard a thing. So if you come across this company ore anything connected to it keep your money in the bank because you probably won't get what you want or you might get nothing at all

I ordered a shirt 3 months ago.. fobbed me off with an excuse they had delays in shipping. I contacted them every week for 9 weeks. For a response of we have sold out of the shirt we purchased. I asked for a refund, they said will be refunded within 1 week. It's now been over 2 weeks and no refunde. I have contacted them again, to now be told refund will be delayed due to system maintenance and upgrades. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from these people.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT. They will lie to you and worst of all ROB you of your hard earned money.

I don’t even want to give them one star. I ordered two shirts and only got one. I emailed and asked where the missing one was and heard nothing. Emailed again and got told the shirt was sold out even though it was available to order. So I asked for my money back. Asked to pick another shirt I said no just refund me. They asked again. So I picked another. And still didn’t get it. Emailed and asked where my other shirt was. Nothing. Emailed asking for my money back again and got ignored. So don’t bother it’s a scam. It’s a shame because the shirt I did get was alright. But I paid double for one because they won’t refund me or send me anything.

Do not use this company. I would give a minus rating if I could. I ordered a plain shirt and received one with the sponsors name on it.
I complained and I asked for the original order to be supplied. Here are the answers I received:-
a) it is out of stock
b) keep it and have a £3 discount on your next order
c) It is too expensive to ship one shirt on its own
d) Buy another shirt and we will send a replacement shirt with it
e) send it back at your expense and we will offer a full refund.
This is appalling customer service and it is obvious that they do not care about customer satisfaction or what they send to customers

Never received items - months and months later. I also asked for a refund many many times. Would strongly advise never ordering from Fauna Sports

I've now ordered and received my second order from fauna sports.this order was delivered in 2 weeks which was quicker than the first and I can't fault the quality or the prices of these tops and full kits.sizes of the tops and kits are spot on.will be ordering again very soon.thankyou.

I order two full football kits… Fauna Sport took payment and told me after some time that they couldn’t supply what I requested…I asked for my payment to be refunded… after chasing a number times they told me to pick other kits… again which the said they couldn’t supply… I now have no kits and no money refunded

Don’t understand why this website hasn’t been closed down. Ordered shirt over 2 months ago and still haven’t received it. Everytime I contact them and ask for a refund they fob me off and say the shirt is on its way. Still waiting………
Wish i had read all these reviews before guess you live and learn.
Will never order from them again.

Be Warned Do Not Use This Site!
I ordered a shirt for myself WOMENS LARGE it took just under 2 weeks to arrive. I tried on the shirt it was an horrendous fit when I checked the label it was a Small. You can only make contact via email, which is very intermittent you wait days for a response. Finally got a response stating its a MENS SMALL its the same, when it clearly isn't. I can't return it because of cost they will offer 30% discount on my next order. There will be no next order my order first and last order is incorrect if I had of wanted a MENS SMALL shirt that's what I would have ordered. So now I'm £30 out of pocket for a shirt I didn't order and can't wear.

Abysmal. They did not send what was ordered, and now they want to charge me to return. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Responsiveness is awful.

Cant give 0 stars still awaiting a refund ordered two kits shocking quality 😳 they said been checked over and over who by unsure but that bad went into the bin straight away..... told them would write a review weekly until I had full refund PLEASE DONT ORDER OFF HERE ITS A SCAM ........

Ordered a Bournemouth home shirt on 1st August, have sent several emails which did get a reply. The first one said the warehouse were busy the second one a few weeks later said the shirt was out of stock. It is the 1st of October tomorrow and I still haven't received my shirt and probably never will.
Shirt arrived today 23/10 good fit, looks good. Only complaint is it took nearly 3 months to arrive.
