Not great customer service in store
I wanted to swap the dress I ordered online and had delivered to store for the same one on the shop floor as mine was so creased, when i opened it in the store. I felt in particular one of the assistants was actually argumentative telling me it would be fine and just to iron it. Eventually they steamed mine for me, but without them letting me know this was a big deal.

I had ordered quite a number of items…
I had ordered quite a number of items online as I was unable to visit the store in person because of ill health. I was happy with some clothes, but others weren’t suitable at all, so I phoned my local branch and was able to return my items there with no trouble for a refund. The young assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you!

I was able to pick up my new swimsuit 3…
I was able to pick up my new swimsuit 3 days before the date I'd been given so that was a big plus as I'd bought it for my holiday. It was also a bargain at half price and a very high quality, well-made swimsuit. I love the pink & turquoise colour combination.

Great quality, easy free delivery and friendly service from FatFace
Great quality and service from FatFace! I was hunting for a cream T-shirt and came across this pyjama top (officially!) in the sale. I ordered online, collected in store for free, tried it on while there (just in case) and was so pleased with it. The fit is true to size, it’s lovely quality fabric, with frill and gather detail and makes a beautiful top.
