Ordered on line and clothing was delivered incredibly quickly. I used click & collect which was very convenient. Excellent service & trousers were the usual Fat Face quality. Staff at Wimborne Fat Face are always helpful and pleasant to deal with.

In-store staff are always friendly and attentive, email updates about your order are always sent promptly, and delivery is quick and easy! Clothing wears well, is comfortable, and looks great!

Shocking service
Shocking service. Ordered a coat as didn’t have my size, woman on till wasn’t sure if she had ordered it or not but I had to pay then wait and see if it arrived, it did not went back to store to be told to phone customer service as that’s what they would do, customer service only open 10.30am to 4pm when I’m at work. Fantastic team members
I visited Fat Face in Wimborne 14.11.22, the team were extremely helpful. The top I would have liked to purchase was not in stock, we looked on line, found the top and ordered, it arrived the following day... fantastic.
