Great in-store service from the Reigate store and we witnessed another shopper basically getting ‘personal shopper’ service as they helped him with his purchase. Long may FatFace remain as it is, and not be changed by its new owner.

Great experience I bought a penny poncho in the recent sale - it was too big so I returned it using ILocker and bought a replacement I picked up in store - love the poncho great product and good service all round

The staff at the Reigate branch today went out of their way to find me exactly the product I was looking for, making two trips to the stock room just to find the jacket I wanted but with my preferred pattern lining -which no-one other than me would see anyway.
