As usual prompt delivery
As usual prompt delivery, this time to store. I had to order a regular length of the very popular cord dress, Fran. I can see why it keeps selling out so quick. Very relaxed and comfy fit, love the frilly long sleeves. On this occasion I did have to return only because I felt for me the longer length would suit me better. Sadly I had to source this from else where as it remained completely sold out and I wanted to wear it :). The staff in Norwich are friendly and helpful and returning was easy. Thank you once again FatF :)

Friendly helpful staff
I ordered a cardigan via Click and Collect and tried it on when I went to pick it up at the store in Norwich. It was very nice but unfortunately it wasn't quite what I was looking for so I was able to return it there and then. The staff were lovely and very friendly and it was really easy to return the item. I love shopping at FatFace!

Rude, disinterested staff member.
I ordered online because on 26th October I queued behind another customer in Norwich Fatface store for over 5 minutes. The sole person serving was taking ages with a customer. Eventually, the lady in front of me called out to the assistant at the counter, "Can't someone else come and serve?" I am quite deaf, so did not hear the response from the assistant. However, I understood enough to understand that she very rudely defended why another assistant would not be called to the till. Her face showed sheer anger and irritation while she continued to serve on her own. The lady before me exclaimed, "Ridiculous!!" I replaced the dress and walked out. I would rather pay a delivery charge than ever spend money in your Norwich store with such a rude and dismissive attitude to their customers. The service for online was very good.

I had great help and assistance from Sandi. As a larger built individual, we ordered xxxxl on line and when it arrived, the prices had been reduced. Fitting was perfect and I was able to get a refund from the reduced price.

Always a pleasure to both shop online and in store! This time I got the best of both worlds. I bought online and collected in store. Good purchase, bright colour, good quality fabric, well made and a perfect fit! Oh and a reasonable price.
