Excellent choice of clothes . Prices are a little more expensive than some places but the quality of the clothes reflects this. Colleagues are very friendly and knowledgeable

Hi Heather thank you for taking the time to leave your 5* review. I am really pleased to hear that you had a positive shopping experience and we look forward to welcoming you back soon. Take care, LE
Great, friendly service
I rang up FatFace in Lytham to see if they had a particular dress in my size as they’d sold out online. The lovely lady on the phone (I later found out her name is Jean) said she’d put one away for me for the following day. When I went into the shop, Jean immediately remembered the call and my name. She was so friendly and she plus the purchase made my day.

Friendly
Friendly, helpful service. Unfortunately, the flip flops my partner wanted were not available in his size, but I later ordered them via your website. They arrived quickly, but very soon after I was gutted to see that all the items we bought/ordered were available in your sale at much reduced prices! Hey ho.
