Online purchase of product
I had seen the blouse in store but my size not available. I ordered it online for in store collection. It was available for collection as stated and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great product quality and neatly packaged but not excessive.

Good quality pyjama bottoms, staff member that served me in Ilkley store was very nice (I think she was new), and the returns/exchange process was quick and efficient.

Love Fat Face - my husband and I live in your clothes. My only bug bear is that some of your prices are a bit steep, but then there are good bargains in your sales.

Quick service, poor sizing
Quick service, nice product and could have been a 5 star review. Unfortunately the sizing was out of litter with other major brands....far to big. Always good service in store and that hasn't changed.

Great website
Very easy to use website with good descriptions and good photos of the items. Simple ordering process and free collection from my local store. I prefer to shop online rather than in store, but when I collected my parcel from your Ilkley shop I was able to have a look around, which was also good.
