Went to Helmsley store to collect and try on my item, sadly fit came up a bit small (shame as it was a lovely jacket) so returned it, no problems, staff in shop as friendly & helpful as ever.

I visited the shop in Helmsley
I visited the shop in Helmsley where I was staying for a few days. The shop was much bigger than any other I have visited and had a great variety of different clothes. I was lucky to find a few tops in my size among the sale items and finished off with a full price pair of jeans. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I was very impressed by my visit.

Lovely little shop with very friendly & helpful staff. Good sized changing room where you can try the clothing on. Despite being a smaller Fatface shop, I found that it held a great range of clothing.

The sizingI usually need standard length trousers and needed the longer option this time.
Very efficient service arrived when promised. Products great & the ladies in the shop were really helpful as usual
