Excellent service, both online and in the Frome shop, easy to exchange the jeans I bought and buy a few more things from the shop, staff very helpful with good customer values. The clothing is good value for money and really nice to wear 😃

Always a positive experience
I’ve bought a few Fat Face items recently some on line, delivered to my local store, and some from the store. Staff are always helpful and friendly. It’s a lovely shop to visit.

A great shop
It was easy to order on-line and then simply collect the item from my nearest shop -which is in Frome - where the staff are friendly and most helpful.

Great staff service
Prompt delivery to store. Store staff in Frome were fab and dealt with a return and let me know how long I had on other items as I had one more still to try on.

It’s easy to make online purchases and complete any returns
It’s always easy to make online purchases to try at home. Any that I choose not to keep, I simply return them to our nearest FatFace store. The in-store team at Frome have been really helpful every time, no problems with the return process
