On line order came swiftly to collect at Farnham store. This si my third pair o the Chesil cord trousers. Perfect fir, light fabric suitable or Spring and Autumn.

Excellent return experience
Ordered two items online. One was lovely and I kept, the other didn’t suit me at all but it was so simple and easy to return that item to my local store - no tedious paperwork, they did it all and I had a refund within a few days . Great service

The order was efficiently processed and delivered to the shop where I collected it from.
I'm also very pleased with the jeans (Elise, wide leg, short) as they fit me well.
