Went into Falmouth store this morning 2 young girls behind counter neither acknowledged me , walked around looking for a present for somebody , didn't see anything was going to buy voucher still neither one spoke to me just carried on talking so I walked out didn't buy voucher so they lost a €40 sale won't be going back

Helpful staff
I came onto your store with an idea in mind but nothing quite fit that idea. One of your members of staff, Freya, asked if I needed any help and she helped me find something that I wouldn't have thought of previously. Very friendly and very helpful. Many thanks.

Popped into the Falmouth store last week for a browse and was greeted by the knowledgeable and helpful Ally (thanks) and the team, who assisted me in buying a lovely, stripey sweatshirt. I LOVE it and had a really enjoyable shopping experience. I'll be back!

Ordering good. Store poor

Really good service from Ally and Karen , our gift cards didn’t work and they were very helpful in trying to get it sorted , and also honoured my partners student discount even though he’d left didn’t have his card

Friendly and Helpful Staff
My husband and I visited the Falmouth branch as he had seen a jacket online and want to try it for size. I tried to persuade him that an alternative one was much nicer and, without prompting, the assistant in the shop remarked on how good the one I’d selected looked on him. She was really helpful in pointing us to other items I wanted to look at too. I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again – the staff were really friendly and gave genuine feedback.

excellent customer experience, managed to get some personalised assistance from Alison as she helped me with some secret santa presents and we settled on the 12 days of socks, which were funny and just perfect.

Ease of ordering, delivery and returns
I was impressed with the ease of ordering, flexible delivery options (which include free delivery to a store) and returning (they even include a returns label). My refund was also processed promptly. Regrettably, I had to return a lovely linen shirt which was too short in the body.

Great service in shop who pointed me to the website for size they hadn’t got in stock. Website was easy to navigate and delivered quickly the exact item I wanted.
