Great store in Conway. Lovely staff. Love my jeans which were in the sale.

I bought a jacket, threw away the receipt as over a month since bought it. Tried to wear it twice there was something wrong the way it hung could not understand why. My daughter told me to return it I left it even longer.
Explained all this to Sarah in Fat Face Conwy shop very nervously. She was so helpful and understandingly agreed there was a problem but mainly it wasn’t the high standard I had usually expected from them. She gave me a gift card for the amount I had paid very pleasantly..
I was so pleased also that my daughter wouldn’t be cross with me!
I just want Sarah to be recognised for her perfect customer service and also the young man who originally ordered it and sold it to me who was also so helpful

I have recently made some fatface purchases. As usual they are excellent quality and a fabulous selection of clothes.

I just want to say a huge thank you to the young chap who always so helpful whenever I come into the store. Every time I visit he’s always ready too help without hesitation. The whole team at this store are fantastic & welcoming. They recently helped me with an order I’d been having problems with they went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. Went into FatFace Conwy and was helped by Caroline who was amazing. She was so helpful throughout and managed to find the size of top I’d been looking for which had been placed on the wrong hanger. She was attentive, helpful and professional and not only did I buy the top, I also ordered the one which Caroline was wearing. The service I received was outstanding, I’ll definitely be back 😁

Visited Fat Face branch in Conwy ,customer service from Josh was outstanding, advised me on which jeans to buy , he has a fabulous personality and we were so pleased with our purchases ( 10 items 😊).

Collected order , pair trainers not fitting well and returned. Staff member, lovely guy so helpful and initiated my refund straight away without fuss .
