Bad customer service
I ordered a wax jacket in store paid for it, it was sent to wrong store waited 10 days then told thankyou for your return i was still waiting for it i assume it should of been redirected to correct store
Then was put on your website where someone else had brought it but I had paid for it
Very very disappointed with fatface wont be shopping with you in the future if you cant even redirect a parcel to another store

Staff are lovely and very helpful.
Like most clothes retailers sizes vary enormously especially for trousers.
So I always check 2 sizes.
The last pair were meant to be short and they werent!

Friendly, efficient and helpful
This is my local FatFace shop and my family and I are regular customers. We have found the shop to be well stocked and the staff to be always cheerful and helpful.

I went into store on a Monday morning…
I went into store on a Monday morning to return some items I had bought on the Friday evening as they were now massively discounted in the sale. The lady serving me was very rude and said this wasn’t allowed and I should have returned them within 24hrs. I told her there was nothing that said that anywhere, nor was I told that when I bought them and it was within my right to return the items. She basically then served me silently and was clearly annoyed with me. It wasn’t an unpleasant experience.
I also ordered a pair of shorts online. I received an email to say they had been despatched and would receive another email when they got to store. I still haven’t received that email over a week later. I’m assuming they are in store and I will go see at the weekend.

Regarding your Click and Collect order, we have looked into this and can confirm the store have had your order since the 6/8/24 and it is ready to collect. We sent you an e-mail on the 6th at 10:09 AM to let you know it is ready. We also sent a reminder on the 11th.
Store's can hold your order for 14 days before the order is automatically cancelled and refunded.

Great clothes and great service
I ordered items online to collect from store. They arrived promptly. When I went to collect the store staff got them swiftly, they were polite and friendly, as they always are.
Clothes are great, true to size and good quality.
