No hassle to order in store
I ordered a couple of clothes items . Got it delivered quickly to the store. Kept one item returned the other. Simple. No hassle. No issues. That’s five stars in my books.

Friendly - lovely shop
Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely shop, well set out, welcoming and well stocked. Efficient service for collection and return of online orders.
Fat face clothing is lovely, although some items are at a higher price than might be expected.

Lovely quality denim jacket
The denim jacket caught my eye when I walked in to the shop as a lovely colour and loved the design…. I love it …!
But I have to say I am a size 10 had to buy a 16 to get correct arm length and able to button up …! Assistant said they come up small but think that’s a bit way off …all other shops I buy 10 or small

Bad customer service
I ordered a wax jacket in store paid for it, it was sent to wrong store waited 10 days then told thankyou for your return i was still waiting for it i assume it should of been redirected to correct store
Then was put on your website where someone else had brought it but I had paid for it
Very very disappointed with fatface wont be shopping with you in the future if you cant even redirect a parcel to another store

Staff are lovely and very helpful.
Like most clothes retailers sizes vary enormously especially for trousers.
So I always check 2 sizes.
The last pair were meant to be short and they werent!
