FatFace - BATH Omdömen 

First time I bought in Fatface shop. Amazing good quality clothes and very conscious with the environment. Staff really kind, specially Leo at the counter who I talked to while he was folding all my staff very carefully. As we were chatting I managed to left behind an item. I went back the following day and it was left by one side for me to collect.

Was not greeted or acknowledged by sales associates until I approached them. Also, clothes and boots were not available in the sizes I needed.

I needed to go into the store to change the size and the customer service was wonderful.

I love Fat face, such good quality clothes, my favourite clothes shop on the high street. Staff always polite and go that extra mile. Well done Fat face.

Good quality , good staffs

I was looking for a particular jacket but couldn’t see it in the store. I was told it was not in stock but then Caryl offered to look in the stock room. Amazingly she came back with it in my size. I call that going above and beyond my expectations.

Much better click and collect service this time. Clothes, earrings and socks excellent as always. I am running out of space for socks especially!

I would have given five stars because everything went smoothly as stated on-line. It just didn't make sense to me that Fat Face chose to use postal service to send the two shirts to my chosen branch when they could've so easily just sent them to me! It was pick-up at branch or I pay the postage so I chose the branch and saved the postage. The shirts weren't at the branch so they were posted to them rather than send postage free to the customer.. That bit didn't make sense ....... but all ends well.

I ordered an item online for collection in store. Emails kept me up to date and I collected the item promptly and efficiently by a friendly assistant in store. Very pleased!

Had a fabulous experience this morning in Bath Southgate store. The (ASM) Caryl was brilliant she did her best to get me to spend even more money but after running up and down those stairs to find the items I was looking for even going online sand doing shopping I came away with what I came for. Thanks again Caryl sorry you had to work on a Sunday but I glad you did.

I had to return a Christmas present and with the help of the assistant I returned one item, changed another and bought 3 other items.

Love love love everything about the store and the clothes!

Not recommend to work here (unless you are normal)
Not a good place to work if you are autistic or have any hidden disabilities, she will treat you unfairly and is mean (in private, never shows it in front of customers I wonder why).
I’d arrive home after work in tears to my mother and really overwhelmed by how I was spoken to. Much more to add, but I want to remain anonymous for my protection.

EDIT: after leaving me a response on my review and me replying to it in my email, I have not heard back from FatFace nor got any sort of apology from them, proving my point exactly right, you are just a number to the company.

I visited Fat Face Bath today and both Finn and Kelly were so very helpful. Finn who helped me with looking for another dress size and Kelly who was at the till when there was no internet and the tills were not in use so pay by cash only and under stress she was amazing kind and friendl

I had to return some items to the store in Bath and also buy a different size at the store in Cribbs Causeway. Staff very friendly and helpful at both sites. Online shopping very easy with prompt delivery. Tall option for shirts great for my husband.
