Fabulous retail therapy
Had a fabulous experience this morning in Bath Southgate store. The (ASM) Caryl was brilliant she did her best to get me to spend even more money but after running up and down those stairs to find the items I was looking for even going online sand doing shopping I came away with what I came for. Thanks again Caryl sorry you had to work on a Sunday but I glad you did.

I’d arrive home after work in tears to my mother and really overwhelmed by how I was spoken to. Much more to add, but I want to remain anonymous for my protection.
EDIT: after leaving me a response on my review and me replying to it in my email, I have not heard back from FatFace nor got any sort of apology from them, proving my point exactly right, you are just a number to the company.

I had to return some items to the store in Bath and also buy a different size at the store in Cribbs Causeway. Staff very friendly and helpful at both sites. Online shopping very easy with prompt delivery. Tall option for shirts great for my husband.

Good service from Bath store
We called in to the Bath store and were unable to find the item we required ourselves, but Leo spent time to look around for us. Once he confirmed that it was not in store he told us we could order online while in store with free delivery to our home address, which we did.
Excellent manner and service from Leo.

Really helpful staff
I was trying to decide which handbag to buy from the Fatface Bath branch where I was helped by Caryl. She was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile in explaining all the different styles and colours in order to help me choose the right one.

Great service at FatFace: Amersham and Bath stores
I wanted to purchase a particular top in a particular size that had sold out online and wasn’t available at my local store - Amersham. The girls (sorry I didn’t get your names) were very helpful and tracked it down on their online system. I was travelling to Bath and the system showed 4 in stock.
They called the store directly for me and arranged for 1 to be put aside for me. Thank you Bath store manager and especially FINN - who tirelessly hunted the shop floor and stock rooms to find said item. He could have easily given up and claimed it was ‘out of stock’, and the ‘system wasn’t up to date’ - but he didn’t! He persevered until he found it. I picked it up yesterday - thanks again FINN, I appreciate your diligence and thank you FatFace, this is exactly the kind of service customers want!
