It was fine but too small so I returned it to a Fatface shop in Bakewell and bought a different pullover, which is excellent. Still waiting for my refund but I guess it takes a few days to come through hence the reason for 4 stars at this point in time otherwise it would have definitely been 5 stars

I am so sorry to hear that the item was not suitable. Once a refund has been processed the bank advise to allow 3-5 working days for the amount to show back in accounts, it can be sooner than this depending on who you bank with.

Lovely staff
Unfortunately the items I ordered didn't fit me and I had to return then BUT they were delivered speedily and on time and when I returned them to the Bakewell store the staff in there were so welcoming and friendly I had a look round and ended up buying some other things. Only thing I would slightly criticise is the lighting in the store which needs to be MUCH brighter but the staff are shining stars!

Very annoyed
Traveled to Bakewell today while on holiday from Northumberland, and popped in to Fatface to acquire boxers, which I had forgot to pack. While looking through the stock one of the attendants parked himself a couple of feet behind me. I'm a 54 old and wouldn't think I would flag as a potential shop lifter. The whole experience made me feel very unwelcome and then very angry. I've probably been shopping in Fatface longer than the assistant has been alive, not anymore.

My favourite FatFace to shop in locally. Always has a wide range of stock, staff always make a fuss of my dog Mabel and the staff are always helpful, especially Oliver. Clothing is always made to a high standard.

Better stores around thank goodness…
Collected my order and tried it on in store. Sadly colour not as expected, very creased in packet so presumably creases easily while wearing too. Couldn't tell if it was see through (not lined) as it was too dark through out the store to check.
The store lighting is absolutely awful. I had to go to the doorway to look properly at the colours of garments. Very dingy store and in my opinion a bit off putting.
Only one store assistant around who was lovely. However queuing times obviously longer than ideal at the till as she was all by herself.
Changing rooms dull and dingy too and no hooks to hang clothes on.
Come on Fat Face you can do better than this!
