Hi Ben,
I just wanted to take a moment to give you some very well-deserved praise and say a huge thank you.
From the very beginning, you approached my project with incredible care, creativity, and professionalism. The website you built for me is far better than I could have imagined. It’s beautiful, modern, fast, easy to navigate, and perfectly reflects what I wanted to achieve. Every detail shows how much thought and skill you put into it.
What has impressed me even more is your patience and generosity when it comes to training me. You explained everything clearly, at my pace, without ever making me feel rushed or silly for asking questions (and I asked a lot!). I now feel genuinely confident updating content, adding pages, changing images, and managing things myself, that’s something I didn’t think I’d be able to do.
On top of that, your ongoing support has been outstanding. Any time something needs tweaking, updating, or improving, you respond quickly and sort it out efficiently, often with thoughtful suggestions that make the site even better.
You’ve not only delivered an excellent website, but you’ve also given me independence and peace of mind, and that’s worth its weight in gold.
Thank you again, Ben, you’ve been an absolute pleasure to work with and you’re seriously good at what you do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for web design + great ongoing support.
Wishing you continued success , you deserve it!
Best regards,
Abdul-Malik

This guy is worth his weight in gold!! I had a very outdated website that I was actually getting a little embarrassed about and I knew sales could be better so I contacted Ben and he was really quick to get back to me and answer my queries. I had a vague idea of what I wanted, the main thing being to increase the conversion rate so Ben sent a few Shopify themes as suggestions and advised on what we could do with them. I chose one and Ben has made it look spectacular, a website to be proud of. He was so patient with me as well as I do go on and off projects that I'm working on but it didn't take him long at all to create. It went live and conversion rate went up overnight and has remained much higher than normal. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ben's services again and the next time I need an update or a refresh, I'll be reaching out to Ben. Thank you Ben for making me a website that I'm proud of!
