From beginning to end, my interaction with Fast Track was outstanding. The phone representatives guided me through the steps and assisted me in choosing the right service. I opted for next-day delivery because of an upcoming trip abroad, and they fulfilled that promise with ease. They offer numerous convenient drop-off points throughout London, so I left my document at one and retrieved it from a location just a short ten-minute walk from my workplace. If you're facing a tight schedule, I wholeheartedly recommend their services, as the timelines with the FCDO can be uncertain, and Fast Track's fees are quite reasonable.

Great service and delivered on time

Very disappointed with the fast track service. I paid for a Saturday delivery, imagine my absolute shock when I receive my document on the Wednesday. This 4 day delay is unacceptable.

I spoke with them on the phone they said that will be able to do it till when i needed it done. Booked flights as I was promised that apostile will be ready, drove from Chelmsford to London and tube to CanaryW. Dropped the certificate myself 1 day before the collection date, called again on day of collection and I was told all good is in the process to be done and will be ready afternoon for.collection. Drove again to London and they called me saying that was a problem with payment, not on my side
They didn't pay for the service so my apostile was not done. Waited almost 2h to get my certificate back from them as it was sent to another location so someone had to bring it to canary warf. So I ended up with 2 return trips to London, tube tickets and Stratford parking + a wasted 2 plane tickets for a 3day trip to a country when I was meant to be using the apostile. Such a bad experience and so much money wasted for no reason.

From a customer perspective the service which I received from Elena was First Class. She was helpful, courteous, patient and honest. Great communication throughout.
My only negative would be that the cost of the service was so high, but the service provided luckily made it more palatable.

From start to finish my experience with fast track was great. The phone agents I spoke with talked me through the process and helped me confirm the right type of service i needed. I did next day delivery as I was leaving the country for holiday and they met their guarantee effortlessly. They have a lot of convenient drop off locations scatterrd across London, so I dropped my document and picked it up later from a place that was only 10 minutes away from my work.
If you're under any kind of time pressure I would 100% recommend you going with them as the timeframes when going directly with the fcdo can be unpredictable and fast track doesn't charge an unreasonable premium for their service.
